The next one will be a complete guide on the Halo short. I tried to put almost 16 hours into 30 minutes, so it might be a bit too dence, but if you can follow it, you'll be able to create a full on Ali style shorts video.

Most editing jobs want those style of videos, so I think you'd make a killing if you was to make tutorials on how to edit like them, since you seem just as talented as those editors are. I'm sure everyone here would love to see a video on how you personally animate the images and graphics you used in this video!
Thank you! This was my first so I had to search and edit all images. And I restarted like 3 times. So it took me about 100+ hours, but the second was done in 20, bc I re used a lot of assets and got more familiar with capcut as well.
100% agree, but believe it or not i worked on this video for 100+ hours, and i could have worked another 100. I need to grow as an editor, but it takes time and I'm not sure on my style yet. But if you watch my next video i did way more sound effects, and on my first short i've started experimenting with captions.

Ty! Just wait until you see the next video, I 10x the value! As for doing the secondary in PS, you can follow the steps in my 2nd video. Photopea is basically an online free clone of PS with all the basic features we need. The layout, the icons, even the hotkeys are the same. So just follow what I do there, and you'll be fine. My PS version is sooo out of date i'd rather not show :)
Hi! The paper animations are up in Google Drive. If you want every paper image of every frame in the thumbnail, go to Validation's video. It has a link to his files as well. I started from these.
just make a big image and, move it down then repeat. My video size is 1920 x 1080. so i created a 1920 x 3240 image, out a lot of logos on it. then in capcut i moved it from bottom to top, and when it got to the "end" i duplicated it on a new layer, so that they overlapped the last part of the movement, then repeat to create a loop.
You can't export video without background. If you have no BG, almost all video editors add a black BG to it. If you want to use it in another project, export with a BG but use a color that’s not in your main layers.
A full breakdown on Ali's Halo effect short is on the way. I estimate it will be around 20-30 min pure info. It will take me another a week or so but it will be something noone has ever done before!

Hi! What you said "how we can make some difference in our editing to standout" give me an idea, maybe i'll turn this into a series and try to enhance my subscribers videos. Even Ali copied some parts of other creators styles , but he mixed and put them in a new package and adding something new to it. So creating yout own style doesn't means you have to come up with something 100% new. Watch tutorials about your favourite creators and take the best parts from them and turn it into yours by changeing the color the shape or even te sounds.
Your chanel banner say "selfhelpmate", but self help is a really broad concept. You didn't upload a video yet so it's hard to tell who's your target audience. If you tell me about your favourie crators or videos on youtube, i can look into them, and see how they do thier animations and do a video about it if that helps.

Yes. In my 2nd video, when I create the animation, I use the chroma key to hide the yellow part. Don't use it, export animation with yellow background. Import this in new project and then use the chroma key on it.
They are simple images coming in from the sides of the screen. Nothing special really, just keyframes. If you watch my next Ali video you'll know everything how to do these stuff ed even more.Much much more!
Bro whenever i export my edited video from Capcut, I get a green footage of 1-2 sec between the clips, kinda glitch, how to fix it, it is ruining all my hardwork. 😢
I didn't had this issue, so it's hard to say. Try to add a black background to your main timeline, and do everything above this layer. I have a constant moving backround behing my videos, but an image should work just as well.
I was thinking maybe if there's a continuous video / image behind all your clips that would solve it. But if you can upload it as unpublished on youtube both part of the finished video and the capcut layer in the editor maybe I can spot what's missing

How do you create the scrolling background at the start of your video?
