Wondering what life at an NLU is like?
It’s intense but rewarding. Our big, beautiful campus, supportive professors, and tight-knit hostel community shaped my experience profoundly. However, not all stories from NLUs are positive.
Some years back a tragic incident happened at DNLU, Jabalpur campus where a student took his life due to linguistic prejudice and bullying. Unfortunately, after the CLAT 2024 exam, another student committed suicide, struggling with expectations after finding the paper too easy.
This video is a heartfelt tribute to Gagan, a brave Hindi medium student who conquered the heavily English-dominated CLAT exam. It highlights both the challenges and triumphs of life at an NLU."

With all due respect I would like to point out that one of the guy that I know who was unable to Crack clat 24 as the paper was shit even after scoring consistently good marks in mocks did it out of the disappointment and seeing people preparing for some random exams clearing it ....
Last year was actually disheartening and I completely resonate with the feelings of the guy who committed suicide last year ...
Clat can be conducted in different languages but the bar should not be so low that people preparing for any random exam sit for 2 hours and do better than the one who have given it all of there heart and hard work ...

Agreed 👍. My friend worked part-time to fund her exam preparations. I mentored her during her initial stages. She was consistent and scored above 95 in every LE mock. But this year the paper was a huge mess (I'd rather say a planned mess). Due to this her score drastically fell and she got 40. While there was a boy who was preparing for neet. He gave exam out of fun and got 80. Its the fact that let the exam patter pre decided yaar. The pattern was good when it was like Lsat.

ये दोनों संस्थान अपने संस्थान के लॉ विभाग में छात्रों के प्रवेश हेतु CLAT स्कोर का पालन करते हैं और इन संस्थानों का नाम CLAT Consortium वेबसाइट पर भी संबद्ध संस्थानों के रूप में आसानी से देखा जा सकता है। पहली बात जो मैं बताना चाहूंगा वह, यह है कि ये 100% सरकारी संस्थान हैं ।एनएफएसयू पिछले कुछ वर्षों से अपने गांधीनगर और दिल्ली परिसर में समर्पित पृथक विधिक अध्ययन विभाग माध्यम से बीएससी.एलएलबी ऑनर्स (केवल गांधीनगर) और बीए एलएलबी ऑनर्स (केवल दिल्ली कैंपस) पाठ्यक्रम चला रहे हैं। इस वर्ष उन्होंने CLAT की पांचवीं काउंसिलिंग से पहले अपनी सूची जारी कर दी है, और मुझे आश्चर्य है कि पहले दो राउंड में प्रवेश के बाद कोई रिक्ति नहीं निकली।इससे पता चलता है कि कानून शिक्षा के इच्छुक उम्मीदवार अब इस संस्थान के बारे में जानते हैं।अब मैं UPSIFS के बारे में बहुत कुछ लिखने जा रहा हूँ -
1. मुझे इस संस्थान के बारे में कोई जानकारी नहीं थी, न तो मैं इस संस्थान के बारे में जानता था और न ही कभी किसी ने मुझे इस संस्थान के बारे में बताया था ।
2. यदि अगर मेरी बेटी को कोई एनएलयू नहीं मिला, तो उस स्थिति की पूर्व तैयारी के उद्देश्य से मै एक अच्छे सरकारी विश्वविद्यालय या संस्थान की तलाश कर रहा था और अचानक मुझे संस्थानों की भीड़ में छिपा हुआ यह हीरा मिल गया। आप इस संस्थान की वेब आईडी upsifsup.org पर सर्फिंग कर इसके बारे में पूरीजानकारी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं ।
3. बहुत कम छात्र इस संस्थान के बारे में जानते हैं, इसलिए इस वर्ष आवेदकों की संख्या बहुत कम थी, लेकिन मुझे विश्वास है कि अगले वर्षों से यहां प्रवेश पाना कठिन होगा।
4.संस्थान ने 25 जून 2024 को बीएससी.एलएलबी ऑनर्स के लिए मेरिट सूची जारी की।
5.संस्थान अपनी बीएससी.एलएलबी ऑनर्स डिग्री के लिए NFSU गांधीनगर से संबद्ध है, तो यह स्पष्ट है कि छात्रों को उनकी डिग्री राष्ट्रीय महत्व के संस्थान से मिलेगी।
6.आने वाले वर्षों में फोरेंसिक ज्ञान सभी अदालती मुकदमों में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहलू होगा और देश को योग्य और कुशल फोरेंसिक कानूनी विशेषज्ञों की आवश्यकता होगी, अभियुक्तों का फोरेंसिक परीक्षण भारतीय न्याय संहिता का एक महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा होगा।

CLAT ki english to America/UK ki english se Jayda difficult hota hai. Consortium ko lagta hai hamko English aati matlab sabko English aati hai.

China me chineese boli jati hai, America me english, Japan me japnese, Arab me arbi lekin hamara mahaan the great india jaha apni language chorr har videshi language boli aur padayi jaati forcefully. I'm also hindi medium student isliye mujhse better ye dard kon samajh sakta hain 😢😭
There’s a huge difference in India, there are almost 780 languages in our country, n there are kids from various parts of the country attending nlu; south,east etc not just north. So using only one language of Hindi is very unfair to other state kids and thus English is the best n only way to communicate among all parts of Indians. If you make Hindi the official languages, kids from other states will face what the kid in this video faced, as they will feel unimportant n left out by the dominance of North Indian (or Hindi speaking kids) So basically stop making this about adapting to foreign language, India is a very diverse country and English is the only language through which everyone can communicate.

Agar wahna hindi allow ho jaye to I don't think ke NLUs /CLAT consortium ko hindi medium se koi dikkat hoge.
Knyuki at the end NLU se nikal kr Court/law firm/corporate me he practice krne hai, janha sirf english he chalte hai !

Lol literally my dad earns 9 lakhs - 10 lakhs rs but I literally cant ask him to pay around 40-45% of his annual income on a NLU fees, he can afford to send me but I really don't get the hype about NLUs, yeah they are the best here but absolutely nothing when it comes to QS Ranking, plus 60-70% reservation in top nlus? Like for MNLU Bombay the cutt off rank was around 670s, it was 33K+ for STs & 10K+ SCs, ofc I am not getting a good crowd, talking for tier 2 & 3, their fees are higher if not same when compared with tier 1s, even if one can afford the question here is about the worth of spending such abysmal money? Its just all tbh badly f*ed up! Idk the future is abysmal.

Because 2.95 lakh per annum is way too much for the llb course and despite this they gradually increase their fees by 5 thousand every year...if you want to join corporate sector only than it is better ....if you have plan for litigation just do it from any college with low fees aur from DU
