My most important ADHD video so far 👉🏼 5 Truths Parents of Kids with ADHD Need to Hear | Essential Guide - ruclips.net/video/3RFxOWgfQBA/видео.html I hope this video and the strategies in it are truly helpful to you!
Seeking some suggestions My sons school has started to remove him from class earlier than the other children and sends him to the office before the home bell. The school has mentioned that he acts out occasionally towards the end of the day. My sons feels excluded and doesn’t understand why this is happening. Could you recommend a better plan for end of day that can still make my some comfortable He is 9 years old
Hi! I'm not able to give individual advice via RUclips. Sadly, it's not uncommon that kids are removed from class or recess is taken away for misbehavior. Generally-speaking, I recommend trying to encourage or reward positive behavior vs. punishment/consequence for problem behaviors. This might be earning something for positive behavior at the end of the school day or maybe getting a specific job that encourages the behaviors teachers want to see. Whenever kids are struggling, it's important to also try to understand the reason why - like is it part of a bigger issue like impulsivity/attention, a response to other kids' behavior, a need that's not getting met like attention/connection, etc. Knowing what's underneath the behavior can also give clues of how to best address it.
Thank you@@DoctorJacque . I'm currently working with school to try and find out what the underlining issue could be. I'm suspecting it could be a response to other children behaviour towards him.
Kids with Adhd Isolated...made fun of... They grow up overly sensitive 🥺 due to this...they have to be Distracted...comforted...so that They become stronger to face the harsh world... As they are different from others...their parents may not be aware of their problems as they mask....nd they forget too....😢
