First off i love this dude. Hes a legend. The rattle thing is a snare drum turned upside down. That metal rattle is on the bottoms of snare drums and its what gives them the “snare” sound. He does this dope technique called a “gravity blast” which makes you hit single stroke rolls with one hand super fast. I mean everything he does is top level. But ya ima send you a few more vids from him. His one hand drum videos while drinking coffee in the other hand are mind blowing. Love to all my drummer brothers out there

@@grischad20 Some reactors do it to try to beat content match. The theory is that if the audio and visuals are out of sync, the content match algorithm is less likely to catch it
He is basically reinventing drumming. Playing 3-5 different patterns at the same time all at an insane speed. He took all Eminem’s rhythm patterns to the next level. The extreme double kick is brutal at the end.
You should see what he does for The Weeknd - Blinding Lights. That's 🔥AF.

This guy is a total beast...you don´t even know how good he really is! Once you understand the craft of drumming, this holds so much more. The "ghost notes" he plays, his left hand is out of this world. RIMSHOT every time, doesn´t miss one.

I’ve been a drummer for 25 years, and yeah man…he IS amazing. I don’t even know where to begin to tell you all the technical mind blowing things he’s doing. I’ve just learned to sit back and enjoy the talent on display!

It’s amazing to think that Eminem is doing the easy part on this song. I’ve played drums for many years and couldn’t even think of playing anything close to this. He’s playing extremely difficult parts with little apparent effort, and his pocket is so deep that the groove is like a trench! This guy is just unbelievable!!!
His name is Jorge Garrido. He’s from Valencia, Spain. Estepario is pronounced Es•tay•pah•rio

What he’s doing is extremely difficult for your average drummer. At one point he’s playing different time signatures on all four limbs. To make things even crazier is his foot speed, and he’s not doing it heel toe.
He’s done a “Rap God” short and a Busta Rhymes short - keeps in time with the rapping speed.
The wow-factor is there for most people I think, and not least for pro musicians and drummers. Played drums for some 40 years and this guy is "up there" with any great drummer one would like to compare to. Different times, "modern times" and todays platforms gives him exposure noone in the past could match. He is standing on the shoulders of giants, he is a humble man that admits that and at the same time he takes it to another level and in his own way...! Love the guy and also great drummers and musicians of the past that in their time did equal "impossible" tings....!
You witnessed the absolute GODFATHER of Drumming. This Guy does things with his drums every other drummer doesn't even think of. I can not explain his talent in proper words. This guy is literally from another world. In a way, he is like Ren. They both are absolute Masters in what they do. BP, PLEASE do more reactions of him. No cap, Eminem is holding him back here. Rap is percussive, so he's got to work another percussive layer into his drumming with this, and is bound by it. On his covers like The Weeknd - Blinding Lights, he really gets to bring in his own flavor, but he's so good that it doesn't overtake the track, but compliments it.

I've been following Estapario Siberiano for over 2 years now. He's Spanish! I'm not a drummer but this guy is one amazing person. His work ethic is unreal! He talks about not being talented (as if 😂), working really hard & never giving up. He's a drummer version of Ren. I would absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE to see them do a collab! I am in awe of how incredible he is ❤

9:22 you are right on target here, El Estepario is absolutely a master at his craft (drumming). The man is constantly improving and pushing boundaries, there's a lot of similarities between him and harry Mack in terms of how they view work ethic and what it even means to be a master of a craft. (edited the time stap)
The section towards the end where he follows Ems rap pattern is insane. It's not just how he matches the timing. The dynamics to match every accent give me goosebumps every time. And then that blast beat that follows is a thing of beauty. That beat does not budge! The stamina needed to keep that timing so precise for that long is....... Well, my shins were hurting just listening to it.

In an interview with Elizabeth of The Charismatic Voice chennel, she asked him about his rapping and he said "rapping is percussion," so it should make sense that this top level drummer can match this top level rapper. It's a natural match.
It's almost impossible today that someone with a RUclips channel connected to the world of music doesn't know El Estepario Siberiano. He has quickly become a giant in this field and almost all of his videos are amazing!

Jorge is a beast. To answer your question about whether the two stick thing is normal, kinda. It's normal for orchestral percussionists to learn how to handle multiple sticks, and there are even a few pieces that would call for this specific technique. He didn't come from that background, but he's rather complete as a musician, so he's able to incorporate/adapt various techniques and styles, and sometimes even innovate new ones. He does some jazz sticking in some arrangements too, like using an overhand grip for certain cymbal passages to be able to play rapidly and avoid cramps. His degree of skill is what happens when someone has an initial aptitude for something and then takes that and puts in the work to cultivate the skill at the highest level. It's his job, so he does, by his admission, put in eight hours a day and spend a week or more getting these down. He says that he doesn't believe in talent, but talent does exist. I think the message he's trying to get through is that a difference in initial aptitude and cognitive capacity to learn isn't an excuse to avoid putting in the work. And I agree with that sentiment, at least.
Edit: It's interesting to see how different people react to the portion where he's matching his sticking to Em's flow. Technically speaking, that's one of the easier things he does (most drummers or percussionists who have been playing for a year could do that) but it's also one of the most musically aware and entertaining choices to make, and he's definitely an entertainer.
He does so many things but I think this one perhaps best captures his absolute talent. This is so technically demanding. He is amazing.
Love that you even support what hes promoting, thats true appreciation. This man is the epitome of practice until the wheels fall off and see how far you get, and he promotes people to get into drumming not just to sell his stuff but he loves seeing people pick up sticks and learning. I found this guy last year. You should check out his 1 handed stuff that he does. He is the best drummer I have ever seen. Danny Carey from Tool used to be my fav drummer until I found him. My opinion has changed since finding him. YOU SHOULD CHECK OUT BLINDING LIGHTS BY THE WEEKEND DRUM COVER.

First off if you did enjoy him and his video you should absolutely watch his other videos because he is truly insane especially when he plays songs with one hand... He has a snare drum turned upside down to Achieve the rattle sound and the reason he has an extra stick is because he uses 2 sticks in one hand to get a faster hit on his symbols which you can see at 5:20 in the video. If you really want to learn more about this guy, you should watch some of the videos where other drummers are observing what he is doing, because they explain what he is doing for those who don't understand.

You are correct, sir, this man is a master of the craft. Check out his 1 mil sub video where he talks about his work ethic. It's inspiring. I'm only a novice drummer, but I've watched experienced/professional drummers just get flabergasted by how this guy plays. Right now, I think he's the GOAT in drumming.
