Little Richard A icon he will be missed in my home I have all his records my mother and father was crazy about him they went to one of his shows long before I was born my mother was 16 at the time and my dad was 20 and they told how he was they said he was a very nice person God Rest his soul
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump:;for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 1st Corinthians 15:52 I'll see you at the gate
The Harlem Blues & Jazz Band (with Eddie Durham) performs at The Waldorf Astoria for The very first Rock ’n Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony inducting “Chuck Berry, Elvis Presley, Little Richard, Fats Domino, Buddy Holly, the Everly Brothers, Ray Charles, James Brown, Sam Cooke and Jerry Lee Lewis; Non-Performer category were Sun Records founder Sam Phillips and seminal DJ Alan Freed; Early Influence category were blues icon Robert Johnson, country's Jimmie Rogers, and boogie-woogie pianist Jimmy Yancey. Columbia Records' legendary A&R man John Hammond. Eddie Durham recalled: “I played nine years [with Wynonie and Larry Darnell]. I booked us in Richmond, Norfolk, Newport, Georgia with three bands traveling. Little Richard’s five-piece band; my six-piece girl band, a shake-dancer named Sonya Millburn from Canada, Elaine who had the hit record, C.C. Williams and cuban Freddie Benito. Little Richard was just recording then and he got hit right after that tour. But I had Little Richard’s band on one side, my band on another side and the girls in the middle, maybe 17 or 18 pieces altogether. We played the opening together. Little Richard would do the blues and we’d open up altogether with it…feature some guys in my band and some girls on the saxes and then onto somebody else and in the end, Little Richard would come out and sing and we’d close the curtain, then open it back up with the girls band, and they’d do a specialty." A dignified funeral for a dignified person; a simple ceremony surrounded by people who truly cared about Richard. These over the top memorials / funerals are so tacky; an embarrassment really
He had Christ before he died until people understand him being attracted to men and women was just the way it was that's how he was born that's how God created him I know it makes a lot of people friends when I say that but he was going to go to heaven because he accepted Christ in his life a long time ago he was having a hard time because he was trying to please man he wasn't able ever never ever to be himself because he would be judged but who are you to judge him without seeing cast the first stone I'm sure those men he were hanging with but cheating on their wives and doing all kind of ungodly things
They love little Richard so much but he's buried in a shitty ass grave in Alabama. A man who been an icon for over 70 years buried like a nobody. People better watch out when people say they love you because those words means nothing when your dead
@@georgeplagianos6487 absolutely jimi was fired because he dressed better than anyone else in the group and little Richard told him that there was only one person in the group who was going to dress better and that jimi had to go
Richard was a once in a lifetime person. Too many talents to mention but the most important thing about his life was he died in Christ
He was gold. He surely is missed though!!! Such a great man of music and faith.

リトルリチャードは私の音楽の全てです。クイーンもビートルズもコックニーレベルもすごいけど、リトルリチャードを聞いた後では少し子供に聞こえるのです。
🙏🙏🎶🎶🙏🙏🎶🎶🙏🙏
where is his son and why didnt he say a word at his own fathers funeral?
His son is hurt. His son was there, I'm pretty sure he was. I don't know what he looks like but I'm sure he was there.

リトルリチャードの音楽は聴く人に元気を与えるものです。徹頭徹尾全ての彼の楽曲がそうです。それが彼以後に現れた白人フォロワーとの違いです。
Mort d'une légende de rock"n"roll
Why none of these elderly men cover up with a mask?? I don't understand. Rip Little Richard.
You can't sweet talk him into heaven after living a life disobedience to God
George Leach .........we're all sinners. Are you totally obedient??? Good luck when your time comes.
maik723 GO TO SLEEP!
