Jake TheGardenSnake I didn’t notice it was so close until you pointed it out, but I think it’s fine I rode it a few times no issues yet. The two stroke exhaust doesn’t get as hot as a thumper. Air box was my first thought and I like it better for washing the bike and not getting the battery wet. Just need to maybe cut a hole in the side for easy charging. Or I just spend the cash on a stator... I just don’t know how long this bike will last so not sure I want to invest in it yet lol been hearing this two stroke sumos blow up more often than not lol
On my 08 rm125 I bought a small 12 volt rechargeable battery kinda like that one and I mounted it in the air box because ther is absolutely no room any wheres els, so I will have to take the seat off to charge it:( but oh well it’s ok, but I love your bike man, thx for the video gave me some good ideas, keep up the good work

I install the headlight with no problems, but when I got to the taillight I realized there is only 3 wires on the taillight but there is 2 that come from the battery and two from the brake switch and don’t know how to wire because it is 4 wires going into 3 and wondered what you did
I had a shop finish the wiring, I really suck at any electrical work, I'm sorry I can't really help you out. I had no problem with headlight but when I tried to wire the brake light it was tricky I couldn't figure it out either... But it can be done!
How did you connect the harness to the battery? I bought the light, harness and battery (and made brackets) and just gave it all to my boyfriend for his bday but don’t see how they connect :( helpppp
The bike came out so nice. Do you know if a powerbank could substituite the battery you used? I'm from italy and we can't get that exact battery here. Keep up the good work.

Awsome build man! But just a tip, if u will stuntride the supermoto then it would be better to put the rear light a bit furder in because if u will scrape the light will brake. Ur awsome man!

My suggestion to you is if it was a groin hernia you better wait a couple months so that thinking fully heal so you don't care it back open. I've had that surgery when I was 16 years old. So just take it easy

jack korbel i cut the wire that goes into the battery to charge it, inside are two wires a pos and neg, then you splice those into the pos and neg from the wiring harness!
Plug the cable that goes into the battery and that cable you will need to cut and there will be two wires inside (pos and neg) and you will connect the harness to those. Hope this helps
About the thermometer radiator cap not working, I had one on a 2005 kx 250f and it worked fine for me. No problems at all, and I have seen all but good reviews on Rocky Mountain Atv website. Other than that great video man.

Hope that battery can handle the heat from the exhaust. If it can’t move it to the air box could be a possibility.
