Your journey through this training session is like a marathon of its own, filled with ups, downs, and unexpected hurdles (like those pesky flies!).... it happened to me too a few times (bleah) Finding that perfect balance in your workouts is key, and you're nailing it. Keep those positive vibes flowing, and enjoy those pain-free runs! Can't wait to see where your next run takes you!

Think of the fly as nutrition & it was free! Good to see the great weather has been over with you as well ☀ Good job with the training Neil 💪

Rooting for you on the journey to Sub 3. I'd love to join you there.

Thanks, John. I've gotta start getting serious soon. The foundation and now the base phase have been easy. It's the marathon bridge and then marathon specific phases that will need all my work and energy.

Good progress mate. Do you take the drone out much? Some really cool shots in this one.

I haven't taken it out much this year because it has been so windy and wet.

Great work. It must be a big fly. Are you targeting sub 40 10k?

No, I don't think I'll get down to that time ever again. I guess I could if I had the appetite but this year is all focused on one last shot at the sub 3hr marathon.
