If I was playing arc I'd go serpants distane & pellinals in medium on body for the scalable damage shield which stacks each time you get a kill & can be used with Arc skill shields it also gives 97 weapon & spell damage for each kill which stacks. Pelinal's at max stacks gives 970 weapon & spell damage & a damage shield that can be pushed beyond 30k then use skills arc has to give another shield to you & team mate & also have that shield ulti basically 100% uptime on decent shields whilst still having decent weapon & spell damage. Pick up the rest of what you need in archive for pen, focused efforts etc
I'm a disabled veteran, bad neck, arthritis, carpal tunnel. I have been able to use the 1 Bar Sorc pet build for most things. I keep getting Effing dragons or bosses with insane mechanics and adds before I can get to that last arc boss. The frustration is unbearable and I rage quit. PTSD.... So fun... I'm going to try this and hope I can earn those daily thingies to get that mount. You know, in like, 50 days... What happened to this game? I played only this for 4 years. And the race changes, set changes, the LONGER grind for fragments... 7-10 before, now 50!?!? I'm getting really jaded about the greed and the grind of games. Even Fortnite with Lego survival is a nightmare grind.
Hi Debbie! I am sorry you are so frustrated. I am a disabled veteran as well, it's a large factor in why I do what I do with the type of builds I create for people, and I understand what you are feeling. Vet to Vet, I have a suggestion: Unless you know you will be SIGNIFICANTLY mentally rewarded with a sense of accomplishment once you get your mount, and all of this work and frustration will be worth it, maybe consider just parking the Archive. It will never get less frustrating, only more so. It scales upwards in difficulty, forever, and is heavily weighed with RNG elements that factor in whether you are successful or not. Basically oil and water for PTSD lol. Have you tried getting your Flawless Conqueror or Spirit Slayer titles from Maelstrom and Vateshran? Those are both very challenging and rewarding solo achievements that will provide you with the same experience, same level of difficulty, and same consistent environment to get in there, learn, and conquer the place. This will allow you to have a difficult challenge to master, with a bit more reasonable and less abrasive framework to get it done for you.
Question regarding penetration. On the character sheet, it shows 8k penetration but on the combat log at "1:08" , it shows 17k. How did you get to 17k? If a vision or verse, which one(s)? Thanks
Hi MissTayzha! That difference would be from adding Major Breach from Elemental Susceptibility (Which adds just under 6k pen, so about 14k pen between the base pen and that debuff, and then I must have had a stack of the Piercing Perfection vision which adds a certain % of pen per stack as well.
Have you experimented with Infused Weakening on the front bar staff? I've been told it massively kills the damage of Marauders in later Arcs but idk if its worth it to make a bunch of staves for to swap to.
Hi Jafades! I did a bit early on but I haven't in a while. There may be a good case for that around the Arc 8-9 area or so. When my run finally ended at Arc 10-2, I lost both of my last 2 lives on the same boss because I just simply could not live any further through his damage with the set up I had. Major Protection from Flare or something along the lines of what you were saying I think may have made the difference. I am going to check this out again after New Years, thank you for the reminder!
@@Dooma I tried it out with Attuned Enchantments +5 which was something like -1500 weapon damage from enemies going into Arc 9 with your Warden Build with Weakening infused and Gothmau's damage tanked in almost half but losing the enchantment damage does make the rounds longer imho and I couldn't figure out a way to reup the damage going into Arc 10.
Where does Hemorrhaging come from in this build? I can see poison and burning. But I can't see where Hemorrhaging is applied anywhere. What am I missing?
Absolute amazing build, really improved my enjoyment of the archive. I wonder if you ever thought of using vateshran stave and how you would build around it?
Hi Ken! Awesome, thanks so much for coming back to let me know! The vate staff is not the greatest addition. The tether just doesnt perform very well in mid-higher arcs. I did start to add the vate sword and board as options to the builds though! Here is a short 2m video on it. It really can elevate any 1 bar build in the Archive: ruclips.net/video/67L_c6eUzl0/видео.html
Great build. I love it and find it the best fit for me. Let’s see some game play from you with this build Dooma. I would like to see how you play it at the higher levels
Thank you Kris and I hope you enjoy it! I turned on stream for the run referenced in the video when I hit Arc 8-1-1 and streamed until the end at 10-2. I still have the VOD up for that from Twitch here if that helps: www.twitch.tv/videos/2011164565
Damn just when I thought you were done with the Arcanist.. very well done..ty for the hours spent theory crafting and playing. I never got into the Arcanist (dps) cause I felt it's very one dimensional and broken, but I might have to revisit it hehe. Arcanist tanks on the other hand are a lot of fun. 👍🥃.
@@Dooma since it's a 1 fit all ill definitely try it. I'm running low on transmutes but bought the body piece on the cheap. The staffs I can make. I was going to ask you about that the elements ability and glad you brought it up. I was toying with your warden to go two bar, using the wild impulse staff on the front and the hallows staff on the back bar. That tether could be handy.. back bar have shields n support...
I haven’t used this set before, but if you spam elemental susceptibility won’t you still have a good up time and deal more damage using something other than serpents disdain? Or does I make a big difference?
Hi Joeeoff! There are 3 DoT status effects we are extending: Burning, Poisoned, and Hemorrhaging. Of those, Elemental Susceptibility only applies burning, but Serpent's Disdain is extending the duration of all 3. Great question!
You've become my go-to resource for IA builds. Thank you so much. All the ones I have tried (DK, Sorc, Warden) have worked well. I have done runs with the Arcanist but I feel that it doesn't do as well in there as the "elemental" classes. Maybe its something to do with the crux building aspect of the arcanist. Also, late-arc beam seems kinda weak. Also, it doesn't help that it uses two resource pools. This makes choosing visions (martial or magic) less impactful. I am going to try your build. It addresses the issues I've been having. Cant wait. Which visions should I prioritise?
Hi Ivoltage! Thank you for using the content so much! That's great awareness about beam. In higher arcs, it ends up less than 1% of your damage and doesnt belong on your bars. The vision you are after are mostly the same for all of the builds I have out there (and most builds in the game). Focused Efforts is always priority. Always. Stacking and completing the 2 atros and werewolf is important. The "supports" like scorching support and ferocious support, etc. Its all the same stuff across the builds. Getting a few extra health visions as well is always a good idea along with the one that restores resources when you break cc, always try to get 1 of those. But in general, always always always focused efforts. It makes or breaks the run, regardless of all other elements.
Hey Dooma! Thanks for advice on visions much appreciated. I created your build yesterday, tried it out, and I have some thoughts. As far as builds go, yours is the best I have found. But I have a problem with the arcanist in IA, and its a problem with the class itself, not your build. It just feels clunky. There are a few things which I feel hurt the class: the magic/physical damage, the inherent lack of elemental attacks, and also the way the arcanist attacks. Warden, sorcs and DKs all have elemental AOE skills that don't require focus, some with additional useful effects. Given how overtuned Focused Efforts is, this gives them a huge damage-dealing advantage. With the arcanist, it feels like the floor is higher and the ceiling is lower. Early arc, it's good, but later on, I wish I had played one of the classes I mentioned earlier. Take the warden for example, on a one-bar build, in later arcs, it has four damage skills compared to the arcanist's two. As you progress, that difference becomes really noticeable. Ultimately, the real problem is with the way IA has been designed. The visions need to be rebalanced. Focused Efforts is way too strong, and it favours certain classes. If FE is nerfed, the devs should buff other visions. Anyway, thanks again for the build. Great, as always. I love the way you think outside the box, your builds are always interesting, but most of all, they are fun. Keep 'em coming :)
Youll do a little less damage overall and lose the heal when not targeting mobs. Everything else is mostly the same. I play tested all the changes on stream last week and I feel most people playing modified builds like this one, likely won't even notice the changes.
Great build. Working great in Archive. Just noticed you have poisoned enchant here and flame enchant in the written guide. I'm guessing poisoned is the right one for the lightning staff?
Hi Robert! The written guide is showing the baseline version of the build, so before the higher rc changes. In the lower arcs, we don't need Elemental Susceptibility (Ele Sus), but we still need flame damage, so we use the Flame Enchant with a Lightning Staff. In later Arcs, we change to a Frost Staff and then use Ele Sus as a spammble, giving us our burning, so for that staff we use poison instead. It's a little messy, but it has an enormous impact in higher Arcs.
My longevity in the Archive has doubled because of this build. First arc or so, I roll with Macabre Vintage and Mechanical Acuity (it's what I already had on my Arcanist), but by the time I hit the end of Arc 2, I need something beefier, so I roll with your sets. Been super fun so far--definitely worth the mats and transmutes to add these sets. As always, thanks for sharing--this channel definitely has made me a better player :D
What wonderful feedback, I really appreciate it Tim. You are most welcome and I am very glad you have enjoyed the channel so much. Thank you for the kind comment. 🙏
Hi there! Not really honestly. The Archive builds are specifically designed for IA and the visions there that make the build powerful. Without them, it's going to be kind of awful in non-IA content.
@@That1cutegirl It's not at all good in other content. It's specifically for IA. Also, if you are ever interested specifically in IA, this build has been updated with new guides.
I made it to arc 2 on the 2 button arcanist on a very, very bad physical day. Would this gear help that build? I'm not sure if the arc 10 arcanist is something I can physically do. The fewer buttons I have to press the better.
Hi ABDR4! The Archive is a bit different element in ESO. It is what is called a "rogue-like" game mode which by design typically means that it is going to scale upwards in difficulty, indefinitely. Starting right from the start, as you progress, it starts to get more challenging. You can't compare that environment to something like Maelstrom or Vateshran where they have rigid difficulty ceilings that do not move. In today's ESO, most builds for those 2 places (Maelstrom/Vateshran) are performing WAY over the ceiling of that content (meaning the way the game is balanced, we are simply much stronger than what the content was typically balanced for in previous years), which is why things like 2 button builds and whatnot are possible. That's just simply not the case in IA. The ceiling for each individual player is going to be very different and simple/modified builds that were able to do very well in other content pieces, are going to get "squeezed out" a quite a bit earlier in IA. I just want to give you reasonable expectations. You are just simply going to need more tools than a few buttons to climb in IA, no matter what gear you use or how good you are. Its just a numbers game, you have to be able to keep up with the increasing numbers and you are going to have to press a lot of buttons really quickly in order to do that. So while yes it will help to wear the gear in the video, the build is designed to use every bit of its strengths in order to keep up with the content, which is going to be a lot of fast paced button spamming after a certain point. I know this is probably not what you want to hear, but I would rather be honest with you than falsely get your hopes up and waste your time with a build that doesnt fit what you may need/want.
I'm a disabled veteran with PTSD and bad neck, arthritis, carpal tunnel, spinal stenosis. I'm here for a good one bar build. I feel your pain. Too much content and cool rewards are locked behind achievements that are nearly impossible for people with disabilities.
@@Dooma No worries. I get that sometime what I can physically manage isn't going to line up well with the game. On a good day, with some good visions/verses, I made it to Arc 2 solo with the 2 button Arcanist as is. I think I died in part because I'm not familiar with mechanics, since that was my third trip in. My goal right now with IA is to see if I can get to Arc 2. Part of trying for higher arcs is that I don't know how long my hands can hold out. I don't think even getting to arc 10 is something my hands can actually do.
Definitely this build modified using a lightning staff: ruclips.net/video/5u7ZnbyP0ns/видео.html I just did a Vet Maelstrom tutorial steam this week (the vod is saved) where I go over the slightly modified set up using the staff for vet mael/vate.
Hi Harvey! This one is going to be the same as all of the rest in that regard. We are all kind of after the same things, regardless of the build (The vast majority of them anyway haha). First and foremost, stacking Focused Efforts, getting your Atros and Werewolf done, the "Support" Visions such as Scorching Support and Ferocious Support. 1 Resolute Mind is usually a good idea as well. An Extra health and penetration pick up or two also never hurts as well. But as always, Focused Efforts is the core of everything. Nothing else matters if that isnt stacked well after a certain point.
@Dooma Thank you for answer, but got another one. Is it good to use Livewire instead to apply more concussion against higher amount of seconds for status effect from serpent set? Hmm actually from arc 6 might be really worth to have more seconds of status effects 🤔
Hi there! First, thank you for the comment and apologies for the super delayed response. 🙏 I am just returning from being out from surgery. FE will affect the poison status effect. Check out this page here to see specifically which damage sources FE will apply to: www.thegameroom.tv/guides-status-effects
Hi there! I made this short video to go with all of the 1 bar IA builds here: ruclips.net/video/67L_c6eUzl0/видео.html I spent some time on stream using that back bar option on just about every set up and it works great. It's been a while and I cant remember specifically how well it worked for the Arcanist specifically, but I do remember it being a great general experience across the board. It brings quite a lot to the table for the IA, especially in higher Arcs.
Hi Derrick! You can get through it but it's way overkill defensively and lacks some damage before you get visions rolling. Here is a slightly different set up that is much better for the arenas: ruclips.net/video/5u7ZnbyP0ns/видео.html
Hi Joe! Funny you say that, a bow set up was my first ever IA build haha. I love bow builds. The reason I havent made specific builds with it is because currently, staves are just massively superior for IA with their passives and skills available. You can absolutely use a bow for several of the set ups I've put out with a few changes, but in every case, you just end up with a weaker version of the build. The truth behind the curtain is, quite literally anything will work until Arc 4-5 or so, (I've demonstrated on stream how some things are smoke and mirrors and you can clear things like arc 1 totally naked) so if you are good with calling it quits there (Arc 4-5'ish) for your run, then I encourage everyone to experiment with everything. If you want to (consistently) climb beyond that, you have to make a few sacrifices regarding fun vs. effectiveness in what you choose. When you are aiming for those super high arcs, it makes it super hard to choose to play with something that is going to result in a less powerful build. I hope this summers new dlc and spell crafting brings some new options to the table for us!
Hi Aer! It can't really be used in that way outside of IA. You can't really effectively use it in that way without a decent amount of Focused Efforts stacks. Once you get 3-4, then it really gets strong. Before then, you are probably better off just sending out heavy attacks. I hope this helps clear it up a bit!
Hi Banana! No that's not the case. The CMX from 7:32 is from a boss from the Archive showing the damage from ele susceptibility to it. (You can see the target on the bottom left window).
@@Dooma Thanks, that's good to know. I could have sworn I tried using it before on certain enemies, and getting a "target is immune" text popping up. If I remember correctly, this was during boss fights in dungeons, and back during High Isle. I was on my oakensoul heavy attack sorcerer, and trying out different abilities to see what I liked the best. I ended up removing elemental susceptibility in favor of Daedric Prey, as I was running around with two pets out. Speaking of one bar sorcerers, do you happen to have any recommendations for those? I'm already interested in trying out this arcanist build, assuming it doesn't require too much light attack weaving (light attack weaving physically hurts me on account of muscle stiffness/soreness -- long story).
@@unclebanana That's understandable. We have several Sorcerer builds that are 1 bar, you may find something you enjoy from the site: www.thegameroom.tv/sorcerer-builds I also have this video which are very modified builds for each class you help people with situations exactly like you described: ruclips.net/video/dueCu8bLOw4/видео.html I hope this helps!
I guess I'll have some work to do on my arcanist haha great Build, I follow the evolution since the first build, this is crazy how it come so far! Thank you for the hard work, yu rocks !! 🙏👏
Hi Scooba! This build is really designed for higher Arcs in IA. You'd want to change quite a bit for group PVE. It may be easier to just use a different build (the play styles will be very similar). We have several options here for you to check out if you were interested: www.thegameroom.tv/arcanist-builds
@@Dooma thanks so much I have your previous ia build and I'm loving it bit really looking for a similar build for other pve content appreciate the vids keep up the good work
well.... I got to the last boss in arc 3 for the 1st time. That said.... I need to ask. I have NO issues in the archive UNTIL I get to the last boss. That room is just SUPER laggy for me and almost impossible to play. I have had luck a few times exiting and coming back.... but that did not work the last 20x times I tried this. I dropped my gpu specs as low as it could go...and I got a "little" better performance...but still laggy as hell. The rest of the game works fine...is just THAT room. Any ideas?
Hm, I havent heard of that specific issue. That's a bummer, I am sorry you are dealing with that. One thing you could try, is since that room is so large and there are a ton of particle effects around, you can try reducing the view distance and see if that cleans some of that up for you. I would also try disabling all addons and libraries (not some, ALL of them). For me personally, more times than not, my issues in game end up addon related. Finally, I would open a ticket if none of this works. Zos may have some info as well on this that may help. I hope this helps and it gets sorted for you soon!
How well does this build perform in other PVE content? Could this be the sole build for a toon? Thanks for the video, really informative and well made! :)
Hi Suave! You are very welcome and thank you for watching! I wouldn't recommend this for anything other than the Archive. Its massively overkill defensively for other content and likewise very weak without the Archive visions to power it.
Thnak you for the update . The previous version got me into arc 6 , where I got slaughtered by the Mage on the 2nd boss run. And struggling on the higher arc marauders dus to the lower resistance. One quick question. Do you prefer infused or robust on the oakensoul ?
You are very welcome and awesome work with Arc 6! Typically with Oakensoul I just leave it as infused for most builds. It's a solid choice for the mythic.
Thanks for the build and informative video..I just played through with it and got to solo arc 7. No bleed verse and only 2 focus efforts I got one at arc 4 and the other at 6 and pretty much trash for buffs. No avatars either😢. So pretty good survivability if you just wanna kite around and spam ele drain on everything... thing is though... it seems this is an arch 10 build only if you get the right buffs specifically the heavy bleed and atleast four focus efforts. I see alot of builds claiming to be high arch but rely so heavily on a couple buffs that it's really just luck or you hit a wall because your damage is ridiculously low.. Id like to see an arcanist build 2bar or 1bar that can get to arc 10 without relying on these two buffs. For that matter any build on any toon. Thats my main critique and certainly doesnt apply to just this one. P.s. I'm on Xbox.
Hi Amanda! I am taking a bit of extra time because I both enjoy the theory crafting topic in general and I want to do my part to help spread some of this information for people. Also, this is ZERO % snarky in anyway. I appreciate your comment. This is purely an objective reply here: I think perhaps some perspective may be helpful here. What you are saying, IS the content. Its just hasn't been spread around enough through social circles for it to be widely available info just yet. Builds like this aren't a gimmick. It's taking advantage of the tools and the path that was given to us. It's what seems to be the logical path Zos intended for players to push high, especially for solo runs. The content is very clearly designed to lean on status effect damage to push up against the indefinite health scaling of enemies. This is evidenced by comparing 3 or 6 percent misc. damage increases that are available in IA versus....500% status effect increases, WITH supplemental damage sources given in the content to regularly proc all 3 core dot status effects, even if you didnt plan for it with your build. The builds who take advantage/accommodate this currently to some degree, will just simply have an easier time and have a higher chance to push higher (generally speaking, there are always outliers to everything). I am sure there are other yet to be discovered angles (to some degree), but the end result will be the same of running around in circles and kiting enemies with millions of health in higher arcs. The tools they have given us to push up against this, is extremely high scaling status effect damage. For perspective, what you are saying is similar to saying, "I see builds out there claiming to be tank builds, but they all seem to rely on one hand weapons, shields, frost staves, and blocking. I'd like to see builds not do that." Sure, there may be those ultra outlier .01% builds around capable of swimming up stream from that, but most tanks will be using a sword, shield/frost staff, and blocking to some degree (generally speaking) because that is what is intended for the function of the content. Do you have to do that? Absolutely not, but you are probably going to have a worse time if you don't in most cases, and probably not make it as far. You say, "if you just want to run around and spam ele drain on everything" downplaying it a bit (which I understand) and I say, "yes, that's how it's going to work every time when there are 20 mobs with 2 mil health each of which any of them can drop you in a second and you are trying to make it work with one bar." It's also not the same content as something like vma or vvate. This type content hasnt existed before in eso. Things like vma and vvate have countless builds performing OVER the ceiling of the content. Once you know the mechs, it doesnt matter much what you wear in most cases and you can just skip through each stage Thanos snapping away everything with whatever your favorite build is (I've demonstrated this several times with naked or 1 button clears on stream in vma and vvate. The idea is, if it can be done naked, everything is an improvement and usable to some degree.) You can't apply that example to IA at all. All of those rules go out the window there. They arent comparable environments in that regard. Builds dont function the same in IA due to the indefinite scaling of the enemies. "Most" traditional damage avenues fall off to the point of being mostly irrelevant when compared to juiced status effect damage. You just cant compete with 500% chunks at a time of increases, applied to multiple damage sources. As far as RNG, you are right. It's totally RNG related after a certain point. That's what rogue-like game modes are based around typically. Some runs are going to be diamonds and some are just going to be stones. You get better visions and verses, you are typically going to be able to go further, no matter what build you are playing. To give a bit of perspective on this aspect, as of the time of posting this, there are 2 total people who play on PCNA who have had a higher Arcanist run, ever, than the one in this video, and it was done with 1 bar. You definitely need a lot of things to go right RNG-wise for that to even be possible. I don't think that's an unreasonable takeaway for people from a highlight reel of sorts. Also, going back to what I said with more or less "anything" working until Arc 5-6 or so: If "anything" works until Arc 6, and then just getting into Arc 10 is an outlier, then it should be understood vision rng plays a decent role as well after the Arc 6 area. Its a rogue-like game mode. RNG elements are expected to reach the upper areas. It's one of the reasons the "upper area" IS the upper area. It takes a good build, bit skill/patience, and decent vision rng to get there. If you reduce any of those 3 things, whatever you are calling the "upper area" is also reduced. In an environment (higher arcs) where the only thing people care about in the end, is their final score/Arc level, it makes sense to use what is going to be the most impactful for you, where you sacrifice a bit of play style enjoyment, for results, since those "results" are directly tied to your final score/end arc. If you want both the results and the playstyle enjoyment, things like vma/vvate exist where literally anything goes. Or, trips to around the Arc 5-6 area in IA before where things start to plateau out. I think what we are seeing is this eso rogue-like format getting really stretched thin with capabilities of builds and some of the design "flaws" (or areas for "future development" is probably a better term) are starting to present themselves. I agree with the "staleness" of what you are saying after a while. Legitimately every character I have, eventually turns into a "heavy attack kite in a circle while taking advantage of status effects" after a certain Arc level because its simply put, just the path of least resistance. I don't think working harder for less value is the move. What I would like to see is more avenues for very high damage output, that scales, and both isnt status effect related and somehow doesnt overlap with focused efforts. I have a few ideas such as a special category for a unique buff where you can only have 1 of that type in the category etc., but in general, we need more avenues for very high scaling damage outputs. The biggest takeaway from all of this and what I have been trying to put on players radars is 2 things: 1) Don't compare (high arc) IA builds to builds in any other aspect of ESO. Everything works up until about Arc 6 or so, then you are going to want IA specific builds to (consistently) climb further without it being a nightmare. 2) "Percentage based increases" (both in defense and offense) are some of your angles for biggest values currently in IA. Bigger percentages, bigger gains. Run that down to what's available and possible, and we all end up at the same conclusion, until they add/change things. I hope this helps and thank you for taking your time to share your thoughts!
@Dooma Wow. Thanks so much for the well thought out response. I definitely appreciate it. It's also comforting to know that content creators like yourself are seeing these limitations as I am. I am totally picking up what you are putting down in regards to "best in slot" buffs and skills atm being the main way to push to the later arcs, taking advantage of the very few tools they have given us. I also understand not wanting to make a build that doesn't work to IAs main strengths. It's frustrating that it's so reliant on so few things. That being said... I've been playing the archive an unhealthy amount since it came out. Testing all kinds of builds every class etc. I have had and continue to have a blast doin it. What I am finding is that id say one in every 10 runs or so I get the efforts. The bleed and fire buffs are more common. So my goal has been to essentially make builds that can adapt to the buffs you get and still be able to progress to arc 9 or 10 without the efforts. I have made one such build with Azureblight on a necro that is insane with the right buffs but even without can still put things down due to the set and skill set up without the buffs...just takes more time. I would like to see more builds that think outside the box. And who better to ask then a dude like yourself? Still... its saying something that I was able to make it as far as I did given the run. So I'm in no way dissing the build. It does its job. Simply requesting you guys push the envelope a bit. Love your content. Keep it up my friend.

Great video! Thank you!
You are very welcome Jon, thank you for watching and the comment!
You are awesome! Thank you!!
You are very welcome Meow and thank you for watching! 🙏
@@Dooma Thanks for the quick answer. Appreciate the hard work you put into your videos. I'm loving the dk one as well.
You are very welcome and I am glad you are enjoying the builds. Thank you for letting me know!
Interesting, thanks so much for sharing the info!
Where does Hemorrhaging come from in this build? I can see poison and burning. But I can't see where Hemorrhaging is applied anywhere. What am I missing?
Hi Lawson! Mainly from the Ferocious Support bleed.
Dooma with the stealth release! 🎉
Insane awesomeness! 👌
Thank you Dyattttzzzzz! 🙏
You are very welcome Bill. If you end up trying it out, I hope you enjoy it!
For sure and thank you for taking your time you share your thoughts, I appreciate it and the kind words. 🙏
Has the build changed since the flail nerf?
is this build going to be good on Vet maelstrom and Vet dragonstar arena's?
Which of your Archanist builds do you suggest for vet vateshran especially the last boss. I fly through the rest with the original build.
Definitely this build modified using a lightning staff: ruclips.net/video/5u7ZnbyP0ns/видео.html I just did a Vet Maelstrom tutorial steam this week (the vod is saved) where I go over the slightly modified set up using the staff for vet mael/vate.
Where can I find the vod, do you stream on twitch? Also, can you use vamp for any of your one bar builds or will it hurt them too much.
Long shot because it’s been so long but I would also like to know what changes you did for that as well? Can’t seem to find the vod myself either.
So sorry if I missed it but what visions and especially verses should I be looking out for to maximise this build ?
@@Dooma ok Yh that makes sense.Great build btw
@@harveygardner6916 Thank you!
Thank you sir
You are very welcome Jhail and thank you for watching! 🙏
Is it worth to use serpents set if we only have status effect from enchant weapons? Flame or Poison.
It is. Burning alone will end up 40-50% of your damage at times with enough Focused Efforts stacks.
@Dooma Thank you for answer, but got another one. Is it good to use Livewire instead to apply more concussion against higher amount of seconds for status effect from serpent set? Hmm actually from arc 6 might be really worth to have more seconds of status effects 🤔
I think this line kills that set for the Archive: "This effect can occur once every 6 seconds."
Am try it like u work Nice build bro 😮
Thank you! 🙏
Have u made updates too this
Hi there! That's coming soon. I should be streaming it this week or next.
Does Focused Efforts effect poison?
Hi there! First, thank you for the comment and apologies for the super delayed response. 🙏 I am just returning from being out from surgery.
FE will affect the poison status effect. Check out this page here to see specifically which damage sources FE will apply to: www.thegameroom.tv/guides-status-effects
Hey mate have you done an arcanist 2 bar archive build?
Hi there! I made this short video to go with all of the 1 bar IA builds here: ruclips.net/video/67L_c6eUzl0/видео.html
I spent some time on stream using that back bar option on just about every set up and it works great. It's been a while and I cant remember specifically how well it worked for the Arcanist specifically, but I do remember it being a great general experience across the board. It brings quite a lot to the table for the IA, especially in higher Arcs.
@Dooma oh awesome il check it out. I cant seem too get past arc 9 for whatever reason 9 1 3 is where i die everytime haha
You never went over what verses and visions you took in your build other than Focused Effort. You should do a tier list of your visions/verses.
Thank you for the feedback/suggestion Duane. I'll take a look at that sometime. 🙏
How well would this build do in vMA?
Hi Derrick! You can get through it but it's way overkill defensively and lacks some damage before you get visions rolling. Here is a slightly different set up that is much better for the arenas: ruclips.net/video/5u7ZnbyP0ns/видео.html
Hey Dooma can you do a good bow build? Any class, i haven't tried a bow yet and i would like to try a new build with it
Just crafted this set. Is it worth using outside of Archive? Struggling to grasp how to use it as a spammable
Hi Aer! It can't really be used in that way outside of IA. You can't really effectively use it in that way without a decent amount of Focused Efforts stacks. Once you get 3-4, then it really gets strong. Before then, you are probably better off just sending out heavy attacks. I hope this helps clear it up a bit!
Hey. Can u do a 1bar templar for higher arc infinite archive plz?
Hi Alex! Working on it now!
Aren't bosses immune to elemental susceptibility?
We have several Sorcerer builds that are 1 bar, you may find something you enjoy from the site: www.thegameroom.tv/sorcerer-builds

I guess I'll have some work to do on my arcanist haha great Build, I follow the evolution since the first build, this is crazy how it come so far!
Thank you for the hard work, yu rocks !! 🙏👏
Hi Leo! Haha awesome, I hope you enjoy it! You are very welcome and thank YOU for watching and commenting! 🙏
Can this build be used for vet dungeons and such?
Hi Scooba! This build is really designed for higher Arcs in IA. You'd want to change quite a bit for group PVE. It may be easier to just use a different build (the play styles will be very similar). We have several options here for you to check out if you were interested: www.thegameroom.tv/arcanist-builds
@@Dooma thanks so much I have your previous ia build and I'm loving it bit really looking for a similar build for other pve content appreciate the vids keep up the good work
You are very welcome and THANK you so much for using the builds!
This is purely an objective reply here:
I think perhaps some perspective may be helpful here.
The biggest takeaway from all of this and what I have been trying to put on players radars is 2 things:
1) Don't compare (high arc) IA builds to builds in any other aspect of ESO.
Thank you for taking so much of your time to share your thoughts! 🙏
