I had a horrid muscle cramp in my tibialis about a week ago. I can stretch it without pain, I sleep with my feet fairly in line with my lower legs, and I’ve been stretching my quads regularly but it doesn’t take more than a few minutes of walking before the pain sets in. I also do what I call the PE hip stretch where while seated you put the foot of the painful side on the opposite side of the other knee, maintain posture & slide. Are there other stretches for tibialis & for the quads? I’m up for a job in the NICU and I need this pain to go away!
I often use stairs to stetch this muscle out sorta hooking the top of my toes to the bottom step and apply force until I feel a nice stretch. It works for me but im no expert. My feet certainly arent as flexible as this girl! That is next level
Thanks for the video. I get these shin splints from walking up and down a steep hill. This stretch was so helpful. Thank you.

Nassir Wodjouatt glad to hear it, thanks for the feedback!

thank you!
It didn't help me, but what really help is to use roller on this muscle.
How
@@jonathancolin2581 band your leg 🦵 in position like you are sitting with butt on heels . And put under this muscle roller and start to roll .
For tennis
These things are viciously painful.
For real bro I can’t even run fast with out dying of pain
The fun thing is that this girl doesnt have tight tibialis at all.
I Can't Even Do That Without Getting A Cramp In The Bottom Of My Foot 🦶
