Freeze - uncooked Foil - will likely stick to the pastries so I would recommend baking paper of any kind (you can even use the one the ready rolled pastry comes wrapped in)

Hey, I haven’t tried it with milk as I think it will make the mixture too sloppy resulting in a soggy pasty. I’d stick to double cream
