How can I set up breakout rooms with designated hosts for that room and then add participants randomly?

Hi Jean, to set up Zoom breakout rooms with designated hosts and add participants randomly, you can follow these steps:
      1. Schedule your Zoom meeting and enable breakout rooms.
      2. Before the meeting, create a list of the designated hosts for each breakout room. Make sure they have a Zoom account and are added as meeting participants.
      3. Once the meeting starts, click on the "Breakout Rooms" button at the bottom of the screen.
      4. In the breakout room settings, select "Assign" and manually assign the designated hosts to each breakout room.
      5. Click on "Recreate" to create the breakout rooms with the designated hosts.
      6. Once the breakout rooms are created, click on "Options" and select "Allow participants to choose room" so that participants can select a breakout room to join.
      7. Click on "Open All Rooms" to open the breakout rooms.
      8. Participants will be able to see the list of breakout rooms and select one to join. Once they join, the designated host for that room will be notified.
      9. To add participants randomly to breakout rooms, click on "Options" and select "Move all participants into breakout rooms." Choose the number of breakout rooms you want to create and click "Create Breakout Rooms." The participants will be randomly assigned to the rooms.
      10. If you need to move participants between breakout rooms, click on "Breakout Rooms" and select "Reassign" to move participants to different rooms.
Remember to communicate the designated hosts and breakout room setup to participants before starting the breakout rooms.
