Beth, I started doing pilates with you. I like your ten, twenty, thirty and forty minutes programs. I can choose what suits my schedule every morning and still feel good about it. I just want to write to thank you for creating the videos.

i did this a few weeks ago as my first pilates class and it was the hardest thing ever. i felt so down but i decided to push myself out of my comfort zone and start practicing pilates more. i practiced moderately a couple of times a week using pilates videos on youtube and today i decided to come back to this video. happy ending to the story: this video is now half as hard as it was initially :D + i LOVE pilates now!

Beth, I love the workouts , I choose which suits me on any day and sometimes I switch after a little bit, and sometimes when I want to do a very short one, I add another very short one as it felt so good. I have done pilates for 5 years, but only discovered you since 2 months! and haven't been doing any other pilates since then. You are the best. so many variations in your classes, so never boring. Thank you X

Great class! If you're getting bored in your pilates routine, this one definitely mixes it up. It doesn't feel "intense" but definitely keeps it moving and balances strength and stretching.

I don't know about abs but the postures made my entire back feel so good!! I usually get backache due to long hours of sitting at work but realized after this class I can stretch much more. Thanks!

I always feel great after doing your workouts. especially after sitting at the pc all day. makes my body, mind, and mood feel much better, and dare I say it, way more beneficial than a glass of wine and a flop on the couch!

I loved your clear explanation. It was great to explain one by one and let me know slowly. For the first time I've followed your video. Failed since the first movement. I couldn't slowly roll my spine down. I just couldn't stand up when I just rolled up. I know my fat tummy interferes with it. Don't giving up! I will follow this video. Thank you for making the GREAT video. :)

I didn’t expect that will challenging :) it suprised my body and me also, but after awhile making pilates with your exercises, i’m doing it in stability, not easy but in slowly and effective... thanks for this little suprise Beth :) have a nice day
