yup, I fought with mine for ages. Eventually got it. Then realised it was actually very simple once I could see what I was aiming to do. Fast forward a year and I've forgotten and gave up fighting with it.
I just worked it out. There is a lock tab underneath that needs to be pushed to the left to release, so screwdriver has to be levered to the right to release.

Same here, I have no clue ,even after looking at the video 50 times what I am suposed to actually do. Not working at all for me.
