The wrapping process is very hard for me and is there a "hands on " training centre where i can go and learn since online not possible for me to follow.

Calumet is baking powder for those who don’t know. There are different brands of baking powder. For vegetable lard, that’s Crisco here in North America. Again, for those who don’t know 😊
