Have you ever had any people try to ambush you and take your bikes whilst riding? I heard before that sometimes was a problem in London delivering on mopeds or bikes specifically
Parking in London is auch a joke. Luckily we can park on the side walk in Germany, as long as you don’t block the pedestrians 👌🏽

I cannot believe someone jaywalked with their child they were very lucky. Yes that is the best concierge no attitude just helpfulness works much better. So nice that gentleman helping you get to your delivery :) I never understand why people don't spend the minimum of 10 per delivery as you are already pay a fee and someone has to delivery it might as well make it worth it. Tesco is 25 over 40 you save the charge.

Good mixed bag. Chaos in London as usual. I do love in my area I can often ride 50K and not see another vehicle. Plus no traffic lights. Bliss.

Some riders take their time to check or plan the journey to the destination after taking the order ,meanwhile if customers were to check the app, it would tell them that the store is preparing the order, which is not correct, hence, I, as a Starbucks barista, am urged to ask riders to start the journey to prevent that from happening and then customers do not rate us badly because we took a long time preparing the order.

Also I always run 3 apps at once when possible - as there’s more chances to boost your earnings, but not doing multi-app unlike other riders as it’s a breach of TOS and you want to prioritise your order(s) whilst delivering on one courier app at a time

I’m looking for a small camera to film inside malls and for low or artificial light vlogging and walking tours in the city in the evening and at night. I’m seriously considering the Ace Pro but also considering the new DJI Action 5. My GoPro 12 is brilliant in sunlight but fails in low light. Even though just eat have introduced delivery codes, no driver I've had has actually asked me for it... They just have me my food and leave!
£8.27 to deliver a Subway sandwich? How does that make any economic sense?
I mean, take the money! But how does that work for the customer, the restaurant or Just Eat?
so the prices are higher on the apps than in store and add on a delivery charge, that will have covered most if not all of that £8.27. That said, the apps will offer a low delivery rate which will then bounce around local riders increasing as it gets rejected. But none of it matters in the short term, its all data collection and increasing market share so all 3 apps have huge margin of loss making.
Footlong with service charges and delivery fee is easily near £15 on the apps. That's in the North, don't know about London

I've been doing food delivery in the U.S. for almost 5 years, and I've had some strange customers. I had a young lady answer her door completely nude. I had a guy who put in the non-existent delivery address delivery address. He made a mistake instead of playing games. The big problem child customer was a woman who threatened to report me if her food wasn't hot when she got it. I hadn't even got to her restaurant yet and she was threatening me. I immediately cancelled her order and reported her. But most people seem normal, and a few were enjoyable.

No only reject the ones that are paying less than the other order request, like if your on your way to a pickup and a job comes in paying almost triple on another app
You are making a very bold misleading statement saying this is the best way to do deliveries when there is no data to back it up. Time is the enemy of a courier so the more time you waste rejecting orders after time spent travelling is costing you money. Also you need to think about how much it costs you to run your vehicle as well, so every wasted journey is an extra cost. Just because a job you see pays more does not mean that you will be better off taking it because once you take into account the cost of time and distance you might be loosing money when you follow this methodology.
Why do cyclists think they don't have to abide by the rules of the road and just go through traffic lights when they are on red. Is it any wonder cyclists get knocked off there bikes. Really annoying. Great video though.
To be honest I don't even notice the cyclist that jump red lights I'm so used to it 😂
