Like it was last week, I recall the Fronczak Baby Case since I was a child living in the Chicago suburbs at the time. The reports were that a uniformed nurse was the prime suspect. Artist's sketches were circulated and some of us were, for a while, scared of starched white clad nurses. I know it sounds ridiculous now, but we were very young & impressionable. As a mother, I can only imagine the agony the Fronczaks endured. The silver lining: after this, major security changes were made in hospitals to protect newborns.

I'm from Michigan, not too far from Manton, but no connection, other than my mama had me in 1964. These things happened a lot back then. What a sad story. I remember when this man's story first broke. What a tragedy.
What a sad, complicated story. However, I'm glad that the truth is finally coming out, and I hope this man finds comfort and resolution in discovering the rest of his and his sister's stories. . . .
I really hope the real Paul had a good life. It seems doubtful since he was likely raised by a kidnapper and got cancer. People who have hard/ bad lives die younger of diseases. It's like your body says I'm sad, I've been here a long time in this sadness and I'm just ready to be done. 💔 I'm glad that Paul/Jack got a good family after all he'd been through and that his new parents got to hold a little child that they could love and could at least pretend to be reunited with their original beloved. I'm guessing Jill probably was killed, and honestly it probably wasn't even the parents that "abandoned" him. It was probably more like a rescue. The parents likely killed one twin and someone wanted to give the other one some small chance in hell. And it worked by some miracle. He doesn't even remember being locked in cages. How lucky is that? Parents who abuse and lock kids in cages rarely abandon them by what I've seen. No, they are power and control freaks who thrive on sadism. They'd rather kill them off than release their victims since they view them as subhuman property. It could have been an aunt or uncle or sibling, even a neighbor. He wasn't apparently reported missing, so maybe someone was supposed to "dispose" of him and didn't. Either way it was very, very lucky for Paul/Jack. It looks like he's done very well and fulfilled his potential without memory of abuse. You can't ask for more than that, whatever your circumstance or lineage.
Wow what an amazing story....and he seems so "together " as a person even though abused as a wee boy ! Wow it shows what love can do ! And besides all that is he terribly handsome to boot ! God be with him and bless all the rest of his days
That's my question. Who kidnapped the baby, 'baby Paul " from the hospital, and how did the lady who raised him end up with him? Was she the kidnapper? Lots of questions still
What a bunch of jerks !! Why would they refuse to have contact with Jack . They did you favor man! These people are obviously screwed up in the head ! You look like and educated , sophisticated intelligent man. God blessed you with your adopted parents !
Why are they "jerks?" Life doesn't operate so neatly and regardless of the circumstances, they are strangers. They may simply want to allow sleeping dogs lie and move on with their lives.
When children are bought up in chaos they don’t always make good siblings, I am sorry to say. I am one of 6 but prefer only one of my siblings, the others much like the parents....
I feel bad for Kevin but also in a way am happy for Paul that he became a part of a family with good parents and that he turned out to be a good person.

If you read the article at 1;17 it said twins Jack and Jill were born on Oct 27, the birthday of their older sister Sharon who had just turned 2, and their sister Karen was born the previous January, making her 9 1/2 months old. While Jack ended up at 2 in a wonderful home, we can only guess the dysfunctional life Sharon and Karen had. At ages 4 and 3, I doubt they knew anything about where the twins went.
I know it's hard to understand their not wanting to speak to him. Still, if he and Jill were abused, it's likely the siblings were just as brutally treated--and they never escaped. Who knows what story those vile parents told them? If the siblings are screwed up now, I can sort of see how they might resent Jack/Paul for living a normal, relatively privileged life with a good family. It's totally illogical but whatever tight bonding they did to survive growing up in that household, maybe they're too protective right now to let him in. It's all very sad.
I know it’s real and a sad story but damn this is like a movie and it’s really good and has a lot of plot twists and cliff hangers it’s like a whodunnit mixed with a drama
It seems the universe cared for him enough to give him to the family that lost their son. I do not think I could turn my back on a child I raised as mine and loved. So I’m sure his “Fronzac” family love him as theirs. Love, light and blessings be with them all.

I hope he finds his sister, so sad about the "real" Paul but at least he got to connect to his mother. I hope that the other siblings will change their minds and want to get to know their brother. Its good he never had the memory of the abuse to haunt him growing up. The best things those people did was abandon him so he could know real love
What’s weird is he may have dated his sister at some point and never knew it. With all the twists and turns in his story, anything like that is possible. Ppl have married their siblings and never knew it.
Basically, the Fronzack's baby named Paul was kidnapped from the hospital. Two years later, the police said they found him and so they raised the found baby as Paul. But the baby the police found was actually an abandoned child named Jack, who found out about his real identity when he grew up. The real Paul had been found but had died of cancer.
@@ellanica so who raised the real Paul? and didn't the fake guy parents knew that he was not their kid? Like he's very handsome and doesn't look anything like his dad? So the guy who died was the fake guy real parents?
@@sevenbeauty6502 From what I read in this case (and take it with a grain of salt), the real Paul, now known as Kevin Baty, was kidnapped by a woman who wanted a baby. That woman's family is not talking, because they don't want to admit that she did a crime. Imagine being raised by someone you thought as your mother only to realize years later that she kidnapped you. This all happened when DNA tests didn't exist yet, so the police had a hard time looking for the baby. Also, the parents probably assumed that fake Paul looks like some other relatives, etc. I mean, you don't have to look like your parents to be their biological child. And yes, they guy who died was the fake guy's real parents.
@@sevenbeauty6502 Paul was a newborn when he was kidnapped, and they found the abandoned child two years later. He had the same ears and blood type as Paul. For a family who was probably afraid their child was dead and was praying everyday he’d be found, they were probably only to happy to believe he had been. Jack was raised as Paul in a loving home, but said in a different interview that when he found the old newspaper clippings about him, he suspected he wasn’t really Paul, as he didn’t look like the rest of his family. He took a dna test and went from there.
This is so sad. But I'm so glad they found their bio son before he passed away. This whole saga is more convoluted than a Lifetime movie. Hope the dude finally solved the family mystery
What a good looking man. I don't understand how they can produce a portrait of what his sister might look like when they know nothing about her but it's his sister. A set of male/female twins must be fraternal and fraternal twins are no more genetically similar to each other than any other siblings.
The siblings may be on social media , if their profiles aren’t set to private anyone (including Paul, you, the FBI or Police) can google them without a warrant, bring up the photos to use as a reference along with Paul’s photo. It is no different then a sketch for a suspect they draw based on the features provided with to come up with a composite.

@@StillYHWHs reach out to the news channel. Also, you can test it’s simple your parents don’t need to be alive for you to get a test done. You can test with your family to see if you’re related.
This is so fascinating! I am going to read the book. I hope they keep updating!
Such a lovely man. I hope he's doing OK ❤️
Crazy how much you like the composite. Not sayin its you just that you look similar.
@@brandy2378 I had to watch it back, I wasn't sure who you were talking about 🤣 I see the similarity. Definitely. I was born in 72 in Europe. I hope he finds her. Bless him ❤️
Jeez. I hate to say this, but if one twin thinks the other is dead, then she probably is dead 😢
"He actually talked to my mom. a few times"
That tells me he had a beautiful childhood with them
'Jack' Paul Fronzac is good looking. Nice hairline
Very handsome
Yes he is, and what a cute child he was too.
Paul is a wonderful person. I'm glad he found a good family. I just wish that he had found his sister.
I'm from Michigan, not too far from Manton, but no connection, other than my mama had me in 1964. These things happened a lot back then. What a sad story. I remember when this man's story first broke. What a tragedy.
What a sad, complicated story. However, I'm glad that the truth is finally coming out, and I hope this man finds comfort and resolution in discovering the rest of his and his sister's stories. . . .
I remember this story I was in high school my father was a Chicago police detective he told us about this.
I hope that Jack finds peace and closure to all he seeks. What a shame he has to go through that.
Shame on those family members who won't help. I hope he finds his twin sister...alive!
I really hope the real Paul had a good life. It seems doubtful since he was likely raised by a kidnapper and got cancer. People who have hard/ bad lives die younger of diseases. It's like your body says I'm sad, I've been here a long time in this sadness and I'm just ready to be done. 💔
I'm glad that Paul/Jack got a good family after all he'd been through and that his new parents got to hold a little child that they could love and could at least pretend to be reunited with their original beloved.
The FBI is probably raising their eyebrows at your comment. They may want to ask you some questions.
Wow what an amazing story....and he seems so "together " as a person even though abused as a wee boy ! Wow it shows what love can do ! And besides all that is he terribly handsome to boot ! God be with him and bless all the rest of his days
What an amazing person. I would love for him to be part of my family.
this is incredibly sad to me at just about every level, what kind of people live in this world that would do this to children is beyond me
Wow! What a sad and crazy story. Truth really is stranger than fiction.
This guy must’ve been a detective in a former life.. Good on him for getting to the bottom of it 👍🏽👍🏽✌🏽
That's my question. Who kidnapped the baby, 'baby Paul " from the hospital, and how did the lady who raised him end up with him? Was she the kidnapper? Lots of questions still
I got terribly confused with this story. So many twists and turns! So who is he?!
Anyway, he is so handsome & aged like fine!
What a bunch of jerks !! Why would they refuse to have contact with Jack . They did you favor man! These people are obviously screwed up in the head ! You look like and educated , sophisticated intelligent man. God blessed you with your adopted parents !
Has Paul Fronczak’s mother gotten acquainted with her biological grandchildren?
@@sroy9789 I meant grand children. My bad.
No, David Fronczak (her youngest son) has publicly declared that Kevin's children will not reach out to her.
@@rebeccasunflower what a bunch of jerks. Their “grandparents” are kidnappers they should not want contact with them if they are still alive.
Why are they "jerks?" Life doesn't operate so neatly and regardless of the circumstances, they are strangers. They may simply want to allow sleeping dogs lie and move on with their lives.
@@FourSeasons04 they are jerks because they stole a baby that’s why dumbass.
How tragic. But I give this man a lot,of!credit for trying to figure things out. I wish him success.
Fascinating! I need the rest of the story.
i remember seeing paul franczak being stolen. was in the chicago paper a lot when i was just a kid
It would be beyond amazing if they ever found out what happened to Jill. 😮
This story is so sad 😭 but also happy in a way. He was lucky to be brought up by loving parents. What is really sad is the other man who was the real Paul not ever have spent time with his real family. I admire this guys determination to find his sister and the truth. I think they could make this into a movie. It’s so dramatic. I just hope they can find some peace and happiness with all party involved.
George Knapp A REAL Journalist......WOW!!! And he is STILL on the case. Mr. Knapp is one of a kind....
Don’t understand why his real siblings don’t want to meet him.
Very strange behavior.
"SEVERE childhood trauma". Waaaaaaay worse that any PTS you can imagine, I'm sure. Poor little guys, they never asked to be born. I'm sure their entire life has been a struggle. Compassion for these guys.....is more appropriate.
I needed this closure
Paul /Jack is so freaking handsome
This story was on the news so many years back from 2022. They said 2013. I'm glad there's an update here. I hope things get solved.
I'm sorry his other relatives refused to talk with him.
You would think his other siblings would be so happy to find him but instead they turn their backs on him what a shame 😪

So, Jack was able to connect Mother and Son, while he wasn't able--Jesus..😢
Holy crap! Fate saved his life....and I hope he gets all that!
Great job!!!!
Appreciate this guys persevearence in his SISTER'S SEARCH👏👏
Unbelievable!!!!!! This story is very deep. The one who they thought was Paul is truly blessed!!!!!!!
Heard of this story on George Knapp show or Coast to coast, fascinating detective work!
I could so see this whole case being adapted into a film one day.
The lack of humanity in his biological parents is truly demonic!
Wow what a terrible family to not want to know him, they are probably misfits and societies bottom feeders. He is better off without them.
@@kirajlerner... and it might not have been what you said. There are lots of scenario's. But to deny a sibling without even trying is disgusting.
@@lyndamac1058 why would you even say that absolutly no information on thr family except that they were abused? Smdh.
I am a foundling, so I can understand why the bio-fam said no. God bless all of them 💖
What do u mean?
I am only familiar with the term when a woman from the Philippines ran for Presidency. She was also a foundling. She lost the race due to people questioning her citizenship.
@@sweetlifemis1346 A foundling is a baby that was abandoned somewhere and someone found them. It's different than regular adoptions because foundlings have nothing at all to go on. There's no record of them at all.
So jack was left on a sidewalk and giving to a different family. He was saved by a chain of events.
The baby that was kidnapped talked to his real mom before he passed away..
and then jacks real parents both died..
Jack is still looking for Jill , to find out they were both in a cage his chilling..
Sad story and I hope all find peace. 🙏🙏🙏
I hope he finds his sister, so sad about the "real" Paul but at least he got to connect to his mother. I hope that the other siblings will change their minds and want to get to know their brother. Its good he never had the memory of the abuse to haunt him growing up. The best things those people did was abandon him so he could know real love
What a bizarre and sad story. Anyone else notice that the real Paul died of cancer the day after his birthday!!?? 😳
What’s weird is he may have dated his sister at some point and never knew it. With all the twists and turns in his story, anything like that is possible. Ppl have married their siblings and never knew it.
This idea reminds me of the plot from the game “12 Minutes.” If you have the chance, play or watch the game on RUclips. It has SO many twists.
At least, both stories weren’t a tragic, like many others...
ummm confused af
@@ellanica the Paul in this video siblings doesn't want contact with him. Maybe they remember the abuse or they aren't good ppl themselves
I Wish I Had a Handsome Brother Like Him Hateful Sibling's.
This is so sad. But I'm so glad they found their bio son before he passed away. This whole saga is more convoluted than a Lifetime movie. Hope the dude finally solved the family mystery
Hope he and his twin can reunited as soon as possible. They separated for too long.
confusing as to why the siblings won't respond
What is wrong with those siblings, I wonder? I know I'd love to meet a long lost brother or sister.
I really hope he finds his twin sister. Those other siblings are horrible for not wanting to talk to him.
I really needed a drink after watching this 2nd video of him.
It was a blessing that his identity was mistaken…saved him from further abuse!
I couldn’t imagine having a sibling reach out to me and I tell them that I don’t want to meet them.
I don't understand why his siblings won't be nice to him. Some people are so rude.
He was loved
Police can't solve his case. So he's going solve it himself.
Thank heavens he ended up growing into a beautiful man!
@@TravelingBibliophile OK. But that has nothing to do with the point I made.
I hope that Paul's mom has been in touch with her grandchildren in Michigan.
This is hideous. Why would his siblings reject him? What terrible people.
I really hope he finds Jill and she is ok.
Wow they actually named their twins Jack and Jill? I feel like that alone was a sign they were half a$$ing it as parents. Glad Jack got a loving set of parents. Too bad his bio-parents weren't held accountable for being garbage.
