Minos Prime being P tier makes complete sense. He's the most reasonable character in the game, so he wouldn't immediately kill you. He was also the king of the Lust layer.

Ok, so in case you didn’t read the entries, and because I want an excuse to talk about ultrakill more, here’s a few quick facts:
Husks are embodiments of the general opinion of the person who died, so really shitty people who left the world completely worthless appear as the not even fully formed filth, while the beloved king Minos took the form of a mountainous being, but then he died to Gabriel despite being a chill dude now is just a shambling corpse puppeteered by his pet sneks
The mindflayer’s body is made out of plastic, and for some reason they are very protective of it (also there can be male forms)
The schism is the result of two husks forming together, and thus is extra *THICC*
and minos prime is well... a prime soul

its also stated Mindflayers built their own humanoid bodies and prefer the femanine appearance which means these robots choose to look like muscular well endowed women which is......fucking based really.
given that they choose these forms and they aren't useful in any way to the robot, I think its safe to say that its entirely sentimental to them to have a body of their own which is also.......astonishingly cute.
TLDR: Mindflayers are robots with an adorable amount of self love and actualization.......that also happen to be homicidal.
