Considering the fact that her father had her home bugged and probably had hidden and security cameras everywhere in addition to the last 13-15 years of being manipulated and basically imprisoned there because she wasn’t allowed to do or go anywhere without consent of her father and other members of the conservatorship there are probably a number of bad memories along with negative energy associated with that house and property so I can understand not wanting to continue living in her current home. Wherever she decides to live she has to budget in the cost of maintaining the house and property, the staff needed to do all of it plus the need for a security system and staff which adds up quickly when you look at the salaries of all of the employees, property taxes, HOA fees, and everything needed for maintenance and everyday expenses to live in California. Plus thinking about the location and the possibility of wildfires and earthquakes and everything needed to protect her, her children, and her home from the affects of either of those things happening.
Britneys house is gorgeous and that's quite the landscape! The other house didn't look nicer than her home. Maybe she should have her house swept for recoding devices (bugs) and stay there. Perhaps Sam should try to convince her to not tear through her money. Britmey needs to be working again. She's free and feeling it!

Real estate is a good move for ppl that are extremely wealthy. That’s why rich ppl often have multiple houses, even if they don’t really use them. Not only does it MAKE them more money, but there are a lot of tax benefits. Also, those lavish places tend to be more private and more secure, which ppl under a looking glass appreciate.
