Remember myself rewindind motors by hand when I was a kid, counting the spaces and how many turns with specific size wire. Then insert the ends on the commutator, solder them an sand down the commutator. LOL
Great video, but giving some background information, eg. about the different steps, or the power or application of the motors would make the video better.
Ravi Thalari you are so racist and backwards to talk about China like that. Have you ever been to China or visit their factories? Who do you think make Samsung Galaxu phones and iPhones? It's Chinese factories such as FoxConn. Look at 1:08 and at 4:33 Chinese writing characters. They have most satellites in outer space and dp and spending more money on space station than US. They are advance more than you'll ever know.
The Hacks-By-Jack Channel , dear bro I don't know your from which country, actually We India s are daily suffering from the China made products because of its poor n low quality, eg electronic , electric, plastic, rubber, toys, tube Tyre, computer parts, and many more,we have good technology to manufacture all products, but here the cost of labour and material very high that's way we are buying from China
Where are the phase separators? Have been waiting for a machine to insert them as that often is a bit 'fiddly' but obviously they just let them away... 🙄
I'm so glad automation was introduced so we could have more time working in crappy insurance and other brokers wasting it again arguing over a few pence.
Seeing automation ALL OVER these facilities. Why is it that these products are still so expensive if humans are barely part of the manufacturing process? Did robots form a union and no one was notified? Does each one arrive on it's own ship one by one? There MUST be a cause for the over-inflated costs. Because the material including the copper which goes into these are NOT worth the price being charged by any means.
superb technology congratulations to Germans , salute from India .
This is fantastic to see Automation at work and perfect every time :)
It fascinates me to see those in operation is ipnotico.

I am so happy for the showing stator production.
This is our machines, we are Ningbo Nide Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd, we are from China not from Germany, please correct it.
saw many Chinese characters in this video.
What is the price of this machine
Excelent video. What is the process to install the stator into a housing
sweet, these little ones ;-) ... Greetings from Berlin
thanks for sharing this kind of contents. now i saw the way of making motor thru it.
Wow, Very Good. Production of electric motors from the machine.
Very nice video from bangladesh
There is a coil winding machine that is unbalanced. This is at 8:08.

Very Nice👍
It is really very interesting to watch
what a brilliant amazing!!! technology
Very nice video
it's beautiful technology and well programmed
Spectacular 💛🙏
this explains how all routine work will be done by machines - planet of robots
AWESOMENESS❤
This is not Germany..this is CHina..NIDE is in CHina..
Brother I think it's not China, because they don't know quality
Ravi... you are so stupid

Favorite clickbaitword of the day : German production

My previous comment aside, well done with this video! And excellent choice of background music. (there are worse choices lol)

Very nice

Remove misleading title from your post. This is Nide company in Ningbo China
Dear sir, Can i use 5HP motor to my home electric supply-220 Volt. singe phase
Were is this company
Very perfect...
Good seeing
Why dont the machines destroy the insulation?
Because those surfaces that make direct contact with the coil wire are very smooth.
The insulation is strong enough to withstand this amount of contact. Find a wire and try to scratch the insulation, you will understand.
Ultra smoth in fact, and the use makes them still more polished.
Super canggih😲😲😲

9:28 something run´s wrong... it didn´t cut the collector wire

Increible.
Good
NIDE is a Chinese corporation. NOT German!
How much this machine cost in India. ..
Perceiçao, imagina o investimento que é
I really want to meet the one who made and design the machine...What kind of people are they?..
Chinese people
Technology Solutions I have noo idea..who built and design big machine like that all over the world
no insulation paper inserted between the coils. Why...????
The cooper wire already comes insulated and it's not necessary there, but it's necessary between the core "teeths", because edges and other factors.
Is this an electric fan motor?
Thank

Yes germany stator production. Except this is in china. And they are also producing rotors.
