    Avocado Tuna Salad Recipe
    Ingredients:
    1 large or 2 small ripe avocados
    1 can (5-6 oz) albacore tuna, drained
    1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
    1 celery stalk, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp ground cumin
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp sea salt (or to taste)
    1/4 tsp pepper (or to taste)
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
    Juice of 1/2 lemon
    Instructions:
    Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth (leave some chunks if you prefer a chunkier texture).
    Add the drained tuna to the bowl with the mashed avocado.
    Mix until the tuna is well combined with the avocado. Add celery and onion.
    Add the ground cumin, garlic powder, sea salt, and chili powder.
    Mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
    Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon over the mixture.
    Stir again to combine all the flavors.
    Taste the salad and adjust the seasoning if necessary (more salt, lemon juice, or spices).
    Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
    Serve the avocado tuna salad on a bed of greens, in a sandwich, or with crackers.
    Tips:
    For extra flavor, add a handful of chopped fresh cilantro or parsley.
