Thank you soo much sir... I am a pathology resident...after watching your video i am clear with the concept... It was an absolutely fantastic explanation
Sir, it is beautiful how you make things so easy. Thank you so much.
As everyone here in the comments section has said, the quiz really helps to retain the specifics and as a resident for me its very easy for recollection as exams give very short duration slide slots. Your videos explain more of a practical aspect rather than an ideal one given in the textbooks. The location and relation of a particular structure has become clearer for me.
Thanks a lot for taking this initiative.
Very grateful 🙏
thanx alot Dr. Gardner 🌸🌸
It was fantastic. I personally appreciate the parts with tests where you can check in practice if you can really do something. Thank you.
Thanks for the minute details. Always love your videos
Thank you Dr Gardner .... That is really very helpful...
Excellent way of presenting cases sir. Learning a lot. Thank you
Apart from the amazing video, the quiz was very educational to test our understanding. I hope you would add quizzes after each video. Thank you
Great suggestion! I'll try to do more of that in the future. I have a video coming soon on how to tell horn pseudocysts of seborrheic keratosis apart from keratin pearls of squamous cell carcinoma. It has a quiz like this at the end. stay tuned.
This video is incredible. I especially like the little quiz at the end - very helpful!
A clear example of a genie as well at 10:20, upper right corner , thick eyebrows and a big mustache! ( I love your videos btw Dr. Gardner!)
I can't wait to see the video obout liposarcoma.! Your videos are really useful to me.

Amazingly explained, thank you so much
It is very helpful sir.
Very helpful tips. Thank you very much.
Thank you! It's a topic I wished it'd get covered
Dire Diagnosis when Francoanaplasia of Smooth Connective Tissue is relevant as in a late pathogenesis of Lipoblastoma and/or Pseudolipoblastoma when Sarcoma is in process. The histology herein however is straightforward didactic in the matter of morphology and Aetiolgy....Cheerz
You are the best!!!!!

Hi sir , i want to know that in ackerman its written that myxoid lps is having lipoblasts in different stages of differentiation? Pleomorphic lipoblasts and lipoblasts are different
Super sir.
upload some ENT pathology lectures it would be great
Thank you sir.
Hi Dr. Gardner! Sorry, but I don't get yet, what it means "scalloped/scallop nucleus"? what specific morphological feature describes? It's related to the curved shape of the nucleus? Can we use "indent" as synonymous? BTW I love your videos, thanks for sharing with us!
Yes scalloped means having semicircular indentations around the edges.
Great video! Thank you sir!
amazing
Dear Sir, thank you for the nice lecture. I am curious about that pseudo lipoblast cell nature. What type of cell they are?
Tumor cell that takes up extra cellular myxoid material. Like in myxofibrosarcoma. My myxofibrosarcoma video: ruclips.net/video/LTHBkzxbgj0/видео.html
@@JMGardnerMD Thank you for your reply
ty so much sir
Tq u dr.
Very interessant thinks a lot
Im just wondering whether lipoblast should only be having multiple vacuoles. For example when it does have a signet ring cell appearance (uni-vacuole) or bivaculated; should these be labeled as lipoblasts too? thanks :D
Yes sometimes only one vacuoles is visible in pleomorphic lipoblasts but it’s harder to be sure when that happens.
Jerad Gardner, MD thx 😊🙏🏼
Hi, your videos are very helpful. I recently attended a Dr Jhon Goldblum teaching in Singapore he was emphasising the same thing your explaining here. I wanted to know if there are any tumors other than well diff liposarc that have MDM2 amplifications?
Thanks Again!
MDM2 amplification can also be found in low grade central osteosarcoma and intimal sarcoma.
@@JMGardnerMD Thanks, please keep making videos. They really help.
Soo great
This is very helpful. Thank you Dr Jerad.
