A great beginner/intermediate low impact workout that can be done at home with minimal equipment - only a yoga bolster and a pair of dumbbells required!
The program is as follows:
3 sets. 45s work per exercise with 15s rest in-between exercises.
A1: Alternating Reverse Lunges
A2: Neutral Grip Push-up
A3: Dumbbell Bent Over Row
A4: Bodyweight Crunch

B1: Supine Hip Extension
B2: Dumbbell Floor Press
B3: Prone Spinal Extension
B4: Bodyweight Supported Side Crunch (right)
B5: Bodyweight Supported Side Crunch (left)
