I suppose that in cases like this, before you start the treatment, you have to extract the lower wisdom teeth. The way you push the lower dental arch back in, there is no room for the wisdom teeth to erupt. Of course, removing the wisdom teeth is not such a big loss; it may even be a good thing. Other than that, this contraption works the same way the braces + class III elastics work. With more reinforced anchorage, I reckon.

please do a video on a dental appliance that pushes the upper teeth away from the lower ones then pushes the teeth forward. I had a class III maloculsion and that dental appliance but I don't get how it works

I am also Class III patient and I solved my problems with Career Motion appliance 1years ago. Now I am in stage 2 with braces to have a fine arrangement of teeth. I think the result for me is good.
