She gave me damon braces at grabe, gumanda profile ko at nagka jawline after 1month. I suffered from class iii malocclusion with midline shift and a tempomandibular joint disorder. I think with lower premolar extraction the upper molars have no partner in the lower arch to support, so either 4 premolars or molar extraction for class III

he showed the width of the teeth, the 4,5s are 7mm in width. while he needs minimum 9mm
