today we are working on my 2007 Arctic Cat 650h1 that recently the 4x4 had quit working, the 4x4 Actuator would make the noise as the gears where moving but the 4x4 would not engage. I had ruled out electrical at this stage of the game as the arctic cat 4x4 actuator was trying to work. so that left 2 options 1 one was to replace the Actuator and the other was to find out what this issue was in the front diff if needed. These actuators are on the Arctic Cat ATV's are quite common for Failure
