I love your videos. Your expertise and careful walk through really give a sense of finishes and equipment. BUT - I would NEVER do a video of a super yacht in this kind of state! I understand she is "winterized". You mentioned a crew on board - why can't they tidy the boat, make the beds and move all of that junk out of sight! So maybe it takes them 1/2 a day. For the ~ $2.5M asking price, it would seem to be the least that could be done. And assuming you are making the industry standard rate of 10% commission, it would seem to be in YOUR best interest to do it, even if the owner is too lazy. Get a couple of people to come in and sort it all out so it shows well. Frankly, if I am in the market for this kind of superyacht, I am wondering how much other maintenance and upkeep is being neglected if they can't be bothered to tidy the boat to sell it!?
I see what you're saying, and I agree it could hardly be considered in show condition. But it doesn't have that sad look to it of a boat suffering a lack of maintainance. I dare say it just looks busy, like literally any other sailboat on the hard stand. I'm just a shopper, not a buyer. But I fell in love with it. And I suspect if you're going to spend a couple of mill on a boat. Probably best to see it in it's true 'off-season' light.
The hull structure is elegant. The cabins look cheap though, not worthy of a yacht in this price range. Also, I can't imagine any rich person to come to Turkey to buy a yacht (except Russians). If you want to sell, take the boat to a luxurious port in Italy or France, and let a good looking lady do the talking.
Even in her Winter Setting, she’s a Beautiful thing.
Hey, Thank you for mentioning the smell, 90% of these walkthrew's never mention the smell, and that alone can make or break the experience.
Sexy boat even with it winterized
Washer and dryer
When I sell anything, house, boat ext. You stage it so it looks good. He should have shown this cleaned up,no junk, beds made ext.
Lekker man lekker
Turkey looks alot like San Diego.
