This was awesome! Fast-paced, quirky and smart! The subscribe plug was hysterical and original. Whole tut was a fun edutainment style, worked for me. New sub. Thanks!
Glad you liked the subscribe plug 😅 Some people here didn't like it much. Thanks a lot for subscribing and your awesome comment 😊❤
Tried on several different textures. At first, I got weird halos on all of them. Then I tried using the exact words of your prompt and it worked better. I still had harsh line breaks in the pattern though, so not really a success. I'll keep playing with this and see if I can get it to work.
Yes. Sometimes, it may not deliver perfect results, but it does provide a solid starting point. From there, you can make manual tweaks to achieve perfection. Just keep experimenting and playing around with it😊
Awesome
Thanks
Man i made one of the images you used in the video seamless manually a few years ago, it took me hours!! XD
Yeah! It used to be so time-consuming back then, but now it's done in seconds.
Great but it goes to fast to read the exact prompt can you post it?
What version of photoshop is this?
At that time, it was in Photoshop Beta. but right now it's available in released version (Adobe Photoshop 2024 version 25.0.0)
this is totally different froim my ps version which is the most recent. i cant work with this
This feature was in the Beta version when this video was published, but it is now available in the released version of Photoshop (if you have latest PS version then don't need to do anything). Make sure to go to Window > and check the Contextual Task Bar. Then you'll see the Generative Fill bar. I hope this helps you! :)
Wonderful, great video on the introduction to using AI generative fill to make seamless patterns. I must agree with some others, however, that the weird voice was distracting to me. Would have been so much better with a normal, real voice. I still haven't been able to produce good results yet, but will keep working on it. Thanks so much for your help!
Your words represent your name well 😃 Thanks for your honest review ❤. I'll keep improving. Try using exactly the same method as me and also write the exact prompt. Someone in the comments said they were having the same issue but after using tye exact prompt, they got good results. So you also try it. 😊
kinda hard to make it work
Can you do one without generative fill?
Yeah, I can. But there are already too many videos on it
Doesn't work for me :(
I'm sorry to hear that it didn't work for you. Can you provide more details so I can try to help you troubleshoot?
you can also offset the image from the filter tab, and then use ai to blend the place where the seam is.
This method works. But, if you have matching Normal, AO, and Roughless maps they will be match the Color texture.
Does not work. Can confirm patterns created are not seamless.
Yeah sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't 😕
İt's not working. It doesn't even happen in the video. Break lines are visible.
Yeah. Sometimes it works, somethimes doesn't. I was just messing around with generative fill and found out this method so wanted to share :)
had to use 0.75
Doesn't work, the AI always does something different; adding bevels where it's not wanted, flattening colors, coming up with something radically different from the base.
Honestly just use Gimp: Filters > Map > Tile Seamless
that worse AI voice and background music
Thank you for your feedback. I'll improve 👍
Stop the high pitched voice my dude. Just show the plug.
Yes. it was just the experiment. Not used in any of the later videos. Thanks for your input! :)
this was absolutely fake. I can't believe .
It is real. You can try it 😊
What a total waste of an hour of my time. Even slowing down and repetitive replays of the narration couldn't remove the "weirdness" that made the process impossible follow.
Apologies :(
perfect video. except the Mind Blow animation. it is boring, and annoying, and not funny. another parts are GENIUS.
I'm glad you've pointed it out 😊 I'll not use it next time or at least use it carefully to where it should be. Thank You ❤
I didn't have an issue with the meme at all...@@Pixolid
@JonathanGilmer I'm really happy that you liked it 😊. thank you very much.
you’re just a hater… you really could have kept that to yourself cause it was never that serious
Your support means a lot to me, Dakota ❤ I don’t mind his/her words, I value every piece of feedback, positive or negative. It helps me learn and grow. Thanks again and keep supporting 😊
I don`t have this option. Dislike!
okay :(
