Yeah it is not there now. They completely changed their UI. Default preset usually does a great job.

Honestly.. your thumbnail looks much better, it's actually insane.. Thanks for all the tips, I will use some of these techniques in my upcoming photoshop projects. Is there a possibility you would make another video, but this time on how to recreate Patrick CC thumbnail? He often uses this oil-smooth face effect, but I've searched everywhere and nothing matched my expectations, so therefore I couldn't recreate it and it didn't look the same. Your help will be a lot appreciated. Thanks a lot!
