Straight to the points ! The fiddle fig can do direct sunlight, but it's better if the room has high humidity. In Europe and northern Americas, they say use bright indirect light, because the concern of the leaves being dehydrated & burning in full sun.

I have a couple of fiddle leaf figs, I have had them for a few years. I am using led lighting since I don’t have enough natural light. They are getting so tall and the bottom leaves are not able to get much light because of the size of the upper leaves. I was thinking of using up lights to shine upwards for the bottom leaves, will this help?
I would put a light on the side, shining from one side on most of the leaves. And rotate the plant every few days
