The first Taskmaster + Carnage books look awesome, congrats on those grades!! Here's a silly idea, get a custom baseball cap with the text "7.5" + a custom t-shirt with the text "Crease left top of back corner" and wear them together for cgc submission videos lol
Congrats on the wins on this submission! I think you hit it out of the park on this one compared with the last one. As a novice presser myself, I'm finding that there is a lot of trial and error in the process, and the key really is learning about your press. There are a ton of videos out there, and what I've found is that there are so many variables involved, and that everyone has their own method. Patience and time will reward you, but it's a lot easier said than done!
Thank you, it definitely felt more satisfying on this one! It’s definitely and art and practice makes you better at it. Yeah I’m not in love with the press I got. I find the minimum temperature is too high on mine. Would like to maybe look into a new one in the future… down the road though.

Nice submission. Yeah it's tough to know what the graders were thinking when they put no notes. Any under a 9.8 should have notes. Pressing your own books is the way to go. So much faster and you get to save some money. 👊🏼
Yeah totally agree. Anything under 9.8 should be explained in the notes. Pressing yourself does save you so much time and money. In the future I’ll only ever use third party for really important books I want top quality work done on them, like an Xmen 1 kinda book.
Have you considered doing a clean and press video? It's something I'm interested in. The majority videos come from the U.S. so would be interested in what products you use and where you purchase them from as the Canadian $ is about 60% of the U.S. $. Great unboxing. Congrats on the wins.
Seeing as I’m such a beginner I don’t really want to try to come off like I really know a lot about it but maybe this year I’ll think about doing something about the products I use.
I would be willing to bet we see an Apocalypse movie before Mr. sinister but he would definitely come after that. Also Apocalypse is on his first appearance cover. That is why i love that book a bit more.
Although apocalypse is a huge villain and has some strong ties to sinister’s origin I think the fact that he was in a previous movie that isn’t that old will make Marvel not want to use him right away. Sinister has never been used, they’ll want to do something fresh.

Great haul! I also struggle to guess what grade CGC will give my books. I wish they were better about providing graders notes
