I don’t understand how any of this happens in California…aren’t these places gun free zones? They need to put up more signs, I’m guessing the suspect didn’t see it.

The use of to many Police officers is a waste of Tax money. I would 3-4 cop cars and 10-12 Police officers is plenty, THIS IS WAY OVER KILL. NO POLICE OFFICERS LEFT ANYWHERE IN THE CITY. THERE ALL HERE
