      Lessons learned:
      I am going to start off on a tangent. The most important thing is to create safety. Once safety is gone problems become shrouded by the loss of safety to communicate the problems. When this happens all hope is lost because it feels like nothing will ever change. I believe this may be what the pain is trying to teach me, so it's important to find how we are not creating safety and start there.

    I absolutely love the fact that you sincerely want to help. I felt that immediately when i started watching your content. Thank you so much for being so selfless. The world needs people like you. Not just the program but the videos themselves, they help way more than i imagined possible. The program must be amazing.

      With this video specifically, you used subjects that almost everyone's familiar with to make your point. The opioid epidemic is so relatable it can pretty much be used as evidence because, everyone sees the crisis. That alone in comparison with having the correct coach/program is almost time stopping. Your warning some of the people that your program is hard, however your program and process is proven and your are fully invested. I love the fact that you bring all the information to the table. My overall takeaway is that your program is proven, but because it's hard it's thuro, beem researched. A warning to people that the correct coaching brings the proper results. This video should open up some people's eyes to be very careful in wich program they choose. The client should do exactly as the coach says because the client ended up at the program for a reason. Really there is alot to take from this. Too much to go over in a comment. Your program isn't just a program, I think its life changing.

    For those people who doubt sir geoffrey,
    Remember most of the people, like mark zuckerberg, bill gates, and even mr valve himself god gaben didnt have certificates to tell you that they are qualified, but rather the perfected their own processes and loved it thats why they succeded.
    Hi sir geoffrey im joseph.
    Sorry i cant afford your masterclass,
    But i guess ill try to learn all the process here at youtube, cause i know if you want to have success even if you dont have the money youll need to love all the process and all the data you get. So you can successfull of the thing you love the most.

      But if your idea of "certification" is more deep and real results than any other professional can pump out, then hello 🤟

    I am fairly new to your page, and I am really appreciating your content and your approach to save and/ or establish healthy relationships/ marriages. I prefer the longer videos so I'm excited for what's to come. I know your service is geared more towards men, and I think my husband could benefit from your material in a huge way, but unfortunately, we are on the brink of divorce ourselves and I wouldn't dare recommend that he tune in since at this point we tiptoe around normal conversation as it is. BUT, my question is.. do you have someone that you would recommend for the women/ wives to view and learn from? I feel like I learn so much from you but I wonder how much of it doesn't apply to me since I am not the man/ husband in the relationship. Thank you in advance.

    Geoffrey I have a question I found interesting. I think it is positive as I feel I’m seeing impact but I want to hear your thoughts.
    So we got along great the other day, she was opening up, confided in me about issues, hung out with me and my daughter, seemed super happy and content and even voiced this. Next day she went back into a valley. Like full blown stonewalling. Haha! I am not even mad, just loving it but I feel like I want to do more for her when she does this withdraw.

    Hey Geoffrey, just wanted to finally stop by to say thank you for all your invaluable content. If it wasn't for you content, I would have long given up on the relationship and most likely blamed her for how the relationship ended. You helped me to realise that the deterioration of the relationship was mostly up to my own bad communication and me destroying the emotional safe space for her. Thanks to the input from you videos I realised that I have to change my communication and have to create a safe space for her and consider her emotions. She can actually already feel the changes I am making based on your videos and has been open to giving me another chance. Will definitely also try to book your Masterclass to go more in depth on this :)

    Question Geoffrey. What do you say when your wife won’t accept your apology. When we use to fight and it was her “fault.” I wouldn’t instantly accept her apology and showed grace. But it’s not reciprocated. It seems like I have to jump through hoops and she wants her pound of flesh. Thoughts?

    • @GeoffreySetiawan
      @GeoffreySetiawan  6 месяцев назад +1

      Sounds normal - look up my videos on Resistance/Paradox of Change. This should be expected - think about it.
      Are you saying that you've never felt instances in your life where you had someone apologize to you, but still cannot feel 100% trust?
      e.g. They apologized, but deep down, you do not think that they fully understand what they're apologizing for / the person has a pattern of making false promises they cannot deliver on?

      @@GeoffreySetiawan Yes I felt that way before. But I feel like women want men to suffer a bit more. Ive admitted the fault, recognized the fault, willing to go to therapy but they want change. My wife doesn’t want to go to therapy anymore

      Your videos makes a lot of sense. You should want to change for the better regardless of the outcome. But here’s where I disagree. Why would you stay in a relationship where your partner won’t fight for your marriage too? Yes I understand the concept of emotional safety. But you’re a team.

    • @GeoffreySetiawan

      @@b00tyliquor22 "But I feel like women want men to suffer a bit more."
      My personal experience + experience of thousands of clients does not fit this description.
      But if you're convinced of this, and think your partner / women are so evil, then maybe it should be mystery why your partner can't trust your apologies?
      Think about it bud...

    • @GeoffreySetiawan
      @GeoffreySetiawan  6 месяцев назад +1

      @@b00tyliquor22 My partner NEVER wanted to fight for our relationship, but not because there's something wrong with her, but because I made it IMPOSSIBLE for her to want to.
      I was such a dick to her, and worse of all, I was so unaware of how I was such a dick. Lol.
      Right now (9 years later), we're married and planning on having 3 kids, and she is my #1 supporter through some extremely tough times of my life.
      The same change can be said to every single one of my successful clients - Like I always say, you'll be amazed at how much your partner's behavior can change when you learn to LEAD a more positive environment.
      But if you don't think this is true, think you are faultless, or that it's not worth to learn to become this leader...
      And if you want to keep playing the "well she ain't doing it, so why should I" game...
      Then I suggest you stop watching my videos - It will PISS YOU OFF :)
      Your life, your choice...
      I can only tell you what I KNOW to be true from observing thousands of cases closely.
      The rest is up to u.
      Good luck!

    • @GeoffreySetiawan
      @GeoffreySetiawan  6 месяцев назад +2

      If that is the most useful takeaway you can come up with after this almost 1 hour video, then like I said, my videos are REALLY not for you. 😂
      Please go to a channel that cares more about political correctness - mine is NOT going to be that.
      Like I said, I am going to be more raw and blunt in my videos going forward - I care more about giving you results than you feelings, and if you're not like this, then feel free to go to another channel.
      P.S. One of my mentors makes fun of people doing "dumb" things a lot. It's funny how I never think to get offended - I interpret it as him trying to tell me "Hey, you're not dumb, so let's not do dumb things".
      I find it funny how you and I interpret the same thing SO DIFFERENTLY. Almost as if you're supporting my point about how events cannot cause emotions, but it's your interpretations of it that does.
      Interesting! Thanks for supporting my point!

      @@GeoffreySetiawan just thought I would give some tough love criticism for you. I actually didn't watch this whole video because it was like a scratched record repeating this time. Maybe I will stop watching your videos. It's just not right to shame people who already have complex trauma from the shame they already have that's not their own fault because of the way they were treated in their childhood.. it's kinda terrible to take advantage of people who are in an emotionally vulnerable state. That's your business model.. it's brilliant but not really any more noble better than selling alcohol or cigarettes. I'm surprised that you gave such a sudden response. I was thinking it's best to not be reactive and impulsive in reacting to things. I was just seeing if you would take it as constructive criticism.. Why don't you just run for politics if you're so proud of your ability to win arguments and debate how your opinions are more correct.
