Deric Gregory Zeke’s biggest mistake was not speaking up when Laimbeer came up with a dumb idea. Pretty sure the walk out was Laimbeer’s idea. But Zeke showed his own character by following his very bad advice. Draymond Green gets my respect because when the Cavs won the title, he initially walked to the locker room. Then he felt like an immature brat and stormed back out to congratulate the Cavs players. Winning and losing with grace is so important to sportsmanship.

If I was one of the guys on that Pistons team and I saw Jordan admit on the last dance that he still had disdain for me and my team I would raise my arms in the air and scream victory!! to be in his head still after 30 years is a victory.

Yeah, of all Pistons, Jordan has a lot of respect for Joe Dumars. I think Jordan really only hated Isiah Thomas and Bill Laimbeer from the Pistons, maybe Rodman too but after they became teammates I think it eased up.

angelofdeathjk - I did watch the interview. The reporter kept badgering LeBron about JR Smith. He asked the same question over and over. LeBron was obviously annoyed (I would have been too), put the mic down and left. He's getting paid 30 million. Answering stupid questions is part of his job description. If you or I walked out of a meeting because we didn't like the question, we'd be unemployed. James could have simply said "I'm done answering the question...next question" and moved on

Imagine the level of hunger inside this man. To be denied a shot at the Finals for so many years, and to have to wait another year (year after year) to prove himself. Then consider what he did once he was able to prove himself. We don't wear the shoes to represent the champ. We wear the shoes to represent the struggle, disappointment, and hard work it takes to get to the top.
