I am using perennial herbs ( creeping thyme and oregano) as green cover crops in my tomato and pepper beds. Keeping living roots in the soil is very beneficial to the soil microorganisms that feed our plants.

Your garden looks amazing! I can see you put a lot of hard work into it and it really shows in your plants. I wanted to get out in my garden today and plant some cucumbers but it was our first 90+ degree day of the year and I just could not handle the heat. I just love to garden but I still have a lot I want to learn. I make garden videos too. I hope we can learn more from each other as we grow our gardens and our channels

Please keep us posted on the stevia! I'm considering trying it myself, and I'm also in a Zone 7B area.

I harvested once so far. I dried it and made liquid stevia using vodka using a tutorial online. It was fine but I’m still testing it. I’m not sure I saved all that much though when I consider the cost of the vodka to make the extract.

Thanks for the video. Can you use fresh garden clippings to build up your new pot? Like fresh leaves and branches?

Yes, you could; the level would just settle quite a bit as they broke down. That wouldn't be a problem for annual herbs but not ideal for perennial ones.

Why do guys always tell female RUclipsrs they are beautiful or gorgeous or sexy or hot but no one, not even female commenters feel the need to tell male RUclipsrs they are handsome or gorgeous or hot?
