People need to do more chins and bent over barbell row on a stand with the bar going low and pulling it with lats like Arnold and Franco did.If you notice,whenever someone uses yates row their low lat dont develop as much, and i know there is a genetoc factor,but look at the old school bodybuilders how they did their rows,streching it down rowing it up.

Guys don’t do behind the back Pulldowns not only is it very likely to injure your shoulder but not only that there was a study that showed the lat pulldowns to the front elicited higher lat activation anyways

+Mohammed Daifalla I keep getting queries about the high volume training I advocate, and I will say this: There are many ways to train; grab 5 bodybuilders you admire and ask them how they train, you'll probably get 5 different methods right? Yet they all have great physiques. I advocate high volume training because it's what I have used for many years to achieve my physique, I can only share from my own experience, anything else would be disingenuous. This doesn't mean I think my methods are superior to anyone else's, but I do believe in them from what they have done for me. Now when you guys say, 'but not just anyone could do all that volume' check this out. I'm writing this comment chilling on the sofa with my girl Chanel, we got back from gym not too long ago and we did the exact same workout! Exact same volume and she copes just fine (she does complain a bit though lol) but the fact of the matter is she pushes on through. Of the 7 days a week I train, she trains with me on 5-6 of those.
Mohammed Daifalla that's a lame excuse though , if people are average gym bros that's their problem, you don't need to be on gear to do high volume and have a normal recovery

I thought that behind the neck lat pulldown was damaging? Does it help more with adding size and definition to the back? Next month, I'll be back in the gym and changing my training especially back again. Great tips I'm learning. 5 Stars!!!

Pro/ex pro bodybuilders like Kai Greene use them, I use them but do them at a lower weight with a slower contraction. Hope this helps
