Hey guys, just a few things to correct from the video:
In FY1 and FY2 - you are a qualified doctor and it’s a compulsory 2 years you do before you specialise.
GP and psychiatry are easier to get into as there is a demand for people to work as specialists, whereas in dermatology there is not.
why am i watching this? i got gcses to do, but this is very intriguing as im not sure what i want to do...
GIRL you are gorgeous.
Thank you so much!
She is
Thanks sis
regardless, both are very competitive courses well done!
This is very concise overview of the differences between medicine and surgery. Both have it’s pro and con but at the end of the day it all depend on which one you have a passion for. Defo don’t go into it if you wanna make a lot of money
Yupp, that's for sure!
Can a dentist become a neurosurgeon or plastic surgeon?
@@oladeletalodabioluwa5435 No you have to study medicine first to become a doctor then specialise in neurosurgery or plastic surgery
@@doctortosin okay
Thanks for the enlightenment
Thank you for this video! Just out of curiosity, would you ever think of moving abroad to practice dentistry when you qualify ?
No problem! Right now I'm thinking of staying in the UK!
Hi I have a question about what grades is ok in A levels for dentistry
Very useful Thankyou
Glad you found it helpful! 🥰
In terms of lessons, which is more easier? Dentistry or Nursing?
Nursing due to less content and it is more general
Wait so do dentist get the dr title as well after the course? Or is that just for mds?
Yeah, dentists get the Dr title as well!
Dentists earn a lot, too, but the amount of time u get sued while being a dentist is very high, and in the long run, the doctor will out earn a dentist. Both are great careers.
Both are doctors, but the majority of people dont have the knowledge that a dentist is also a dotor, and i won't like to be referred to as just a dentist while being a dentist. Goodluck in ur journey
And meanwhile I’m going to pharmacy school LOL 😂🙃
Pharmacy is a great profession to go into too
