You should get two thermometers for reference inside the camper and mount one outside on camper. Just so viewers see Temps your dealing with. Good reference from year to year trips also.

Those micro greens look DECENT. You should do a vid on your grow station.

You should get Steve to buy one of those big batteries you get and solar power so then he can have an electric blanket if he gets cold..

Solar doesn’t work well here in the winter not enough sunlight

I'm guessing that diesel heater kept ya good n warm how was the power consumption if you checked? Ran a test in my truck cab yesterday but I couldn't recirculate the air due to too short of a tube and burn chamber running 1 bar below it's max, running it off a 4 or 5 year old lead acid battery for 3 hours finished test off at 11.1-10.9 volt running it mid way on the hz but larger then needed draw due to cord length about 8 or 10 feet of 14/3 suffers a little more draw but it is what I need for the cord as it's dual purpose for my ice shack and truck. Glad you got to enjoy one last trip before season shutdown!

its a 5KW so draws about 12 amps on start up and shut down then about 1 amp while running. I have no issues going for a weekend running the heater and other things off the batteries

@@BackCountryWrenching haven't tried them yet. We were all about it back in 2022 but kinda forgot about it after a while. I really enjoyed them while we were growing. This is a good reminder to get back on it. We have the trays and did that a bit but we started with a jar lid that someone 3D printed us and. It was super easy, no soil, just water and it wried pretty darned good.

@@MikeBabsBC i have both the trays and jars and I prefer the trays as i find they grow faster than the jars

He's been doing this longer. His content includes fabrication, restoration, repair, camping, overlanding, gold hunting, and let's not forget beer drinking.
