He did manage to find it later in the video but this could be helpful for others so yeah.
To get the loan players just check the reserves in game plan, the players are sorted position wise, from GK to Striker (in default) , so to find lewa as he is striker, scroll down in reserves.

How to you get the stock players.When I load up my league i have my players from My team so players like mbappe.I want to start from scratch with the stock players how do I do that

Thanks for the question! I think efootball gameplay is much better. But I like playing both and will do content for both. Sometimes I need a break from one and play the other visa versa
