Thanks for the nice video. I have a 756 PRO III with a similar issue: no audio from the internal or external speakers. Good audio from headphone jack. If it's not an issue with that jack, I imagine this'll be the fix. 73 de N6PCD.
I did it, perfect, the problem was exactly as in the video, the ground connection had a hairline crack, I resoldered it and back to factory performance... Thanks again.

Crazy, my external jack shit the bed on my 746 pro and this was the first video that popped up.
