- I have been an Asst HR Manager, Interim HR Director and held the top position in HR departments without an HR Leader for a couple of organizations. Now, I've accepted my current role as the Director of HR. I am currently a department of one, so that means my role encompasses it all! Girl! This detail is a lot because I'm so busy that I'm using a lot of space on my SD card. lol! I bought another one, so I'm going to see how it works out, but I may do less detail so that I have more space on my SD card for a full day of recording...or edit faster so that I don't have other recordings on the SD card. lol! Just trying whatever I can to make it interesting since there's so much confidential info in my day to day tasks

For work? They replaced my 2nd monitor so I’m good to go now. The screen on an iPad is so small that it would slow me down
It is so improbable making professional blogs and using profanities. So distasteful as a HR professional.
I am Timeka Green. HR professional is my career, not my identity. 12 years in my career and it hasn't hurt my career yet.
