Honestly there's so much to it that you just feel like you're learning everyday. Even the regular day to day, you never know what you're walking into. When it comes to the legal aspect, you learn a lot as you deal with situations that arise and never be to shy to ask your manager if you're ever unsure. Alway remember employees will run with whatever you tell them, so you always want to make sure it's right. @@leeshpooh
