This is my favorite workout on all of RUclips. Moves so fast I never get bored. Easy to understand. Simple equipment. It's everything I want and need. Thanks!
That’s so awesome!! I appreciate it. There’s a new beginner one coming out in the near future!!
Very efficient workout. I am 55 and am doing it 4 times a week. It works perfect for me. Well done and thanks for the video. Hugs from Morocco
Amazing!! I’m glad you’re enjoying it. Sending a hug back from Canada!!
straight to it loved it, also never thought of the crush grip with the bell, thanks for the technique pointer
No worries! Glad you loved it! I’ll be releasing another kettlebell workout video soon 🔥
Can't even talk a single word in this Workout. great stuff!
Love to hear it!! 💪🏼💪🏼
Since last week I am in my livingroom kettlebell camp until christmas 23.
I am handicapped and use one with 4 kg = 8 pounds.
My weight is almost 130 kg with 190 cm.
I have often to swing.
In the end I will have 90 kg.
I am retired and 67 years old - today is my birthday.
Lets swing !!! !! !
Wolfgang!!! This is amazing! Keep up the awesome work!
Great HIIT session - thank you for posting! 🙏👍
No worries!! Glad you enjoyed it 😊💪🏼
Loved this workout. Thank you for posting. Will there be more in the future?
Yes! I have another beginner kettlebell workout already filmed and is being edited now, will be posted near the end of the month. I also have another kettlebell workout already posted on the channel that’s a little bit harder as well.
Good one! Hard.
Yeah it's simple, but tough!! That's the beauty of it - thanks for the comment!!
Need better lighting for future videos so viewers can see proper positioning of each limb and hand.
Thanks for the feedback! All my new ones are filmed out of a brighter location!! I’ve got another kettlebell work that’s a bit harder already uploaded and a new beginner kettlebell workout is being edited and should be posted early February!
Thank you
You’re welcome!!
Nice hypertrophy workout 👍.
Glad you enjoyed it!!
Brothers the bell have been rung. It is time... TO TRAIN
Yes sirrrr!!! It’s about that time 🔥🚀
I love the video but I think you need better lighting in your videos.
Yes I know 😂 I’ve actually moved to a new location now! If you watch my more recent kettlebell video the lighting is much better. Thank you for the feedback though! It’s appreciated!
Where are you? I can't just a silhouette! It's gloomy. Ah, the electricity bill!
Yeah it’s a little dark! Going to try and use another more well lit gym space for the next one 💪🏼
I am done 😂😂.. aggghrrrr!
Awesome!! 😂 Glad you gave it a go!! 💪🏼
How often can you do this workout? Couple of times per week, or...? :)
Hey Mikkel, you could do this workout probably 3 days per week if you were doing just this one (ie. Monday, Wednesday, Friday)! It depends how much time you have and the equipment you have available to you - I will definitely be releasing more kettlebell workouts in the future for you guys!
How to decide how much weight is appropriate? How much are you using in the video?
I would say it would depend on your fitness and strength level - go at a weight you feel like you could do all sets at! I am using a 16kg kettlebell in this video and it was a great workout, but realistically I could of probably used a 20-24kg for a harder workout. I talk about it a bit at the very end of the video. I hope that helps!!
12 kg man 8 kg woman starting out
Where do I purchase this particular style of kettlebell? Ive heard that the one with the hole in the bottom is the best one
These are called “Competition Kettlebells” - depending on where you live your local fitness store should carry at least some! I’m in Canada and I have order from Bells of Steel, Great Lakes Girya, and my local Fitness Town.
@inzolostrength Thanks so much! Do find that those are the best style of kettlebells?
@@joebrown8803 I personally like the competition ones the best because no matter the weight they’re all the same size! So you can get really used to the feeling with a light weight before graduating to a heavier one. Some of the other types are still good but different shapes and sizes. I personally don’t like those as much.
I wish we could see an actual beginner do this so we can see common mistakes
That’s something I can potentially add to future videos! Thanks for the feedback 💪🏼
You kinda look like Cisco from Lupin
I've never seen the show, but just looked it up lol - I think it's the stache haha
How does an overweight person do those lunges ? Damn, I can do everything except a proper low lunge at 270lbs
I would just do what’s available to you and not necessarily go full range of motion. Do your best and build up from there. Another good alternative is to find a small step and do a single leg step up instead! That would be easier on the knees and you could build from there. Hope that helps!
@@inzolostrength thanks for quick reply man, you know how to do a proper beginner workout because u put planks instead of push-ups, that lets me know I’m in good hands following this.
@@makidiaz3894 awesome! Yeah I’ll be releasing more full workouts soon. A lot of them will be geared towards beginners and intermediates. :)
Гиря- это РУССКИЙ снаряд мы его придумали, так что радуйтесь иностранцы и благодарите РУССКИХ за это превосходный снаряд под названием Гиря😊
Yes the kettlebell is from Russia!! Great point and thank you for your comment :)
