Also, I'm in the twilight of my life and have been getting up super early for so long due to my day job that I still do, even being mostly retired now. (Even on weekends). It's actually my favorite time of day, and the neighborhood is so quiet then. The only drawback is I don't play in bands anymore because I'm used to turning in early, and can't imagine having to be up late for gigs (not to mention then having to break everything down).
