Thank you so much for another very insightful episode! One point I found especially striking was your description of reframing as a "discovery of the intellect," as well as the distinction between right-brained and left-brained modes of thinking. It can be easy to think of reframing as a magic formula; if you say the right words in your head, you'll get the desired "result." But the reality is so much deeper (and more exciting!) than that. I also thought the background you provided on the history of reframing was very interesting! It's helpful to contrast various methods and techniques.
