I made ice cream yesterday with Premier Protein Café Latte flavor, ~ 3/4 cup cream, added a little instant coffee to enhance the flavor, 1 raw egg. After ice cream ... Drizzled a little Lakanto Chocolate Syrup on top, added some chocolate chips whole, then added some walnuts on top. Delish in less than 30 minutes! My grandson and I loved it! No guilt ice cream!

Lemme tell ya, you’re definitely not missing out on anything. These new items always have more fanfare than they’re worth. There was not enough strawberry, no real pieces to be sure, and the white chocolate shavings were the best part. Yours looked and probably tasted way better and is full of protein too. The Wendy’s version should be called the dupe. Time to buy some strawberries and start working on your recipe. Thanks for the inspo.

Adding coconut oil to the choc chips & melting them makes it a liquid, but when you put it on something cold like ice cream it hardens just like Majic Shell. Looks good. The sf pudding mix must be the trick! Gonna try it. TY!

Low calorie Jell-O pudding mixes or make some from eggs with cocoa powder. That's all I have been able to find so far but the egg one is good just make sure to blend the egg well. Also there are recipes you can find uses Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
Wendy’s might only have the strawberry cheesecake frosty in Canada, but we don’t have the jello cream cheese flavoured pudding here…maybe it is here, but I’ve been unable to find it. 😢
I highly recommend it! I bought a counter top Cuisinart ice cream maker and Keto ice cream is delicious! It really helps get through the summer when you’re eating a lot salads and grilled meats.

Our Wendy's in our small town here in Canada is too cheap to fix the Frosty machine so we only ever have chocolate and vanilla available so I have never had the strawberry one that was around for the last few years. This one you are talking about is different though.
I had that oxo mesuring cup. I noticed that the handle was so long that the cup did not sit level. I had to always measure near the edge of the counter. I did check the measure agenst another measuring cup I own and a scale. To be sure the amounts were the same. Has it gotten better?
Question regarding the carb count you provided above....which is for 2 Frosties, right? So divide that total in half, and only make 1/4 of what you made of the strawberry compote, so divide the 26 carbs by 75% (6.5)....total I'm getting for TWO Frosties is 16, so only 8 carbs for ONE Frosty....right? 🙂 I love watching you two! Thanks so much for the recipe.
We only used a couple tablespoons of the strawberry compote for each frosty, making a 1/4 of the recipe is still a lot but could be refrigerated later. It’s hard to give a count because people will eat more or less than we do
Is it worth it to get a ninja creami or should I just get a dash ice cream maker or some other brand ice cream maker? I like taking frozen strawberries and letting them thaw out and then the juices come out and the strawberries are soft. I put them in my Greek yogurt with the cheesecake pudding.

I love my Ninja creami, I make all sorts of low carb concoctions.
If you use a non-dairy protein shake it won't thicken with the pudding the way dairy does. FYI
