I can't imagine ANY freshwater/brackish areas in No Europe where this is legal. Certainly not in France, Germany or Scandinavian countries. Unless you're a billionaire with your own lake and canals?
I'm over 200lbs and mine goes for about 75 min and I still have room to get better (the more time spent foiling, the more efficient). And as said below, that's plenty of time.

Amsterdam, and it is iligal to do there. Altough the chance of bumping into a police officer is small.. And the fines ain't high.

Battery life is the downside
I wear out before the battery does, 2 hours and time for a break
