Garbage Can Story: Instead of Filing with the Insurance Company, OP needs to File a Lawsuit with the Court to SUE Karen for the Harassment and car damage... Then File for a Restraining Order (No Contact & Stop Vandalizing OP's Property) as well as put in Security Cameras watching the House, Property and the section of road he parks on...
I feel you, brother, and my marriage and a whole. My wife is the rational one. But she knows to step aside when it is time to let the nasty side out. It’s actually therapeutic sometimes to let your more snarky side run wild for a little bit. Only problem I do have is equating your wife arguing with a neighbor to what I went through in the military. I’d rather deal with 1 million angry Karen’s and ever get shot it again. So you want a little too far there but it is very descriptive.

Yeah, it sounds exactly like it's a shortened (plagarised) version of the original story, where the guy ruined the business by using a legal loophole to run pigs right next door, then purchased the business for the proverbial song after it failed and then sold the pigs and went ahead with his original plans, now having a second property to complement it with.
...Does the OP know the neighbor's sexuality when he called her a "lesbian"? And how is it relevant to anything? It's not an insult, even if the OP seems to think so.
They usually advertise it and make sure that everyone knows their "special status" so that they get "special treatment". I value people for who they are and how they act, not what "social status" they claim to be. Good for OP for pointing out what "karen" is probably pushing on others.

With airport lounges you tell the staff your flight and they alert you where and when to go. So the guy was a loser.
I thought part of the airport lounge perks is you tell them your flight, and they remind you when to go and what time?
It depends on the airline and the airport. Personal service is difficult in a big lounge at a big airport.
