This video is like reading an entire chapter of a book about how to creat a welding fixture, but instead of the 1-hour task, you clearly explained it in 10-mins. 👍
Thank you it means a lot 👊🙏😎 appreciate the support thanks for subscribing
This was incredibly helpful and a class could be taught on your ability to explain things on a precise and understandable level. My challenge is completely different than the one demonstrated in this video and yet you still managed to solve my dilemma. New sub
Thanks means a lot 😎👊
May I ask what your challenge was? it may be something I can answer in a video thanks 😎
Dude.. your Channel is way underrated! Awesome content 👏👌
We used to do this with old pipe spools in the shipyard. We'de take them off the ship then target them in our shop with old flanges on jigs. I've done it with big manifolds with 90s and tees and odd angles that were 12 inch diameter pipe with 10 flanges for valves almost 15 feet longoverall. Works in so many ways. Glad you showed this.
this guy got talent!!
Awesome, thank you! I've been wondering how one goes about planning a jig or fixture. This is a huge help!
Awesome, currently working on a Welding jig for a set of rock sliders. Thank you for your ideas!
Great video. Explain the entire theory behind a jig, how best to make it, common mistakes, and watch you make it all in 10 mins. I've said it before, but you have such a great channel and you deserve success.
I am super keen to see a video of you making one of the midpipes with the jig. Interested to learn how you know what length to cut the straight sections.
Haha just realised this is 6 months old, prob won't see the jig in use
Yeah sorry those are all done. Thanks for the support means a lot 😎👊
Great video. Thanks very much for the valuable lesson.
Thank you for watching supporting the channel
You can make some plates with hole patterns that fit the table. Use them as a base for the jig. Saves space, time and material
Awesome video, I enjoyed seeing the process but I’d love to see you build one using the jig and go through the rest of the build. In the beginning I was thinkin how the hell is he gonna replicate that and minutes later was impressed haha good stuff man, I love your videos
Good to know I'm not the only one who holds a MIG gun like a karambit sometimes :P
Badass! Awesome Lesson!
Excellent vid. Thanks.
Thank you for watching 😎 ..
nice work brother, i am very impressed thanks for the lesson much appreciated keep the good work up
Lots of work brother just for an exhaust down pipe 🤷 but pie cuts will look beautiful 🤜💥🤛 great work!!
You are correct it was quite a bit of work for a midpipe. But I wanted to make this jig really usable because I have to make 30 of these.
@@amcustomfab hell yeah that's awesome brother 30? Damn you'll be making some money 💰💵
Awesome video
Thanks for watching 😎
SMART !!!!!😁
Really nice vid thanks
Thank you!
nice video, thanks
Nice job!!
Id like to see this build.
I like your 3 points ( contact, clearance and access). On a side note, you talk about monetizing videos... Where do you find info about this? Or is everybody on RUclips just supposed to know this stuff already? How does it work? Sorry for irrelevant question but you seem like a smart guy who might have the answer. And I'm exactly the kind of guy who would make some kind of fleshed-out jig and use my plasma cutter to make parts for a job. No job is a small job!
You have to have a minimum of 1000 subs and 4000 whatcha hours to monetize
There are lots of video on the subject
👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻nice
Thank you 🙏👊😎
