If you let go the front brake just a little bit (just a tiny tiny bit, because if you overdoit will probably do a glorious flip) you can slowly move towards while burning the tire. Let the brake go and stand on the pegs, you get bonus points :) You need to slowly release the front brake and gain speed to a really cool launch. Once you get really good at it, you can try to do donuts while standing :)
Working on a motorcycle that has been sitting for over 4 years, I will be replacing the tires so I might as well shred the old ones because they are pretty much new.
I’ve always wanted to do burnouts and wheelie but I cared too much about my bike. 2 weeks ago it got stolen I got it back 2 days ago and the thieves did not care about my new Michelin road pilot 5.. so I at least have a stunt bike now after some work and it already needs a new tire from how hard they’ve been riding burnouts so now’s the perfect time for me lol
You can just as well do that with a sidestand rotation (which doesn't eat up your tire or attract the fun police (alternatively "concerned citizens" if the former phrase triggers them into a 4hr rant about those damn kids and how things were different back in their day) or the real police). But I will freely admit Burnout is the much more fun way to achieve that result :)

Take the MSF class without their knowledge...get your license, save your $, buy your bike and then inform them that you have taken all the responsible actions of an adult to own and ride. There's not much they should say to that.
That’s how you loop it you need to let off the clutch slowly until your tire breaks free I’ve seen so many bikes just loop at a meet trying to show off like this
When you let out slowly it increases load on rear tire allowing for the possibility of the front to skip.... you want to break traction fast. If you have the front loaded (pushing forward on the bars while grabbing front brake) you will not have an issue
Be careful guys. That tire is crazy sticky and will grab traction if you don't come off it properly and will launch your bike. Also if you sit on it once your burnout is going you'll make a lot more smoke.
I'm so happy you did this on a N400. I just put mine away for the winter (Damn Ohio), but this will be one of my first things I do at the start of next season.
@@joebone3151 I can answer this! I was about to get a cbr500r but went with the N400 after riding both. Cb500r feels so heavy (I don't know if it really is much heavier, but it feels like it) and it's like a truck to move around, lane split, changing direction with low spee. For some reason the n400 feels so much nimbler that it's almost like riding a 150cc. Performance wise the ninja400 is very similar if not better than the cbr, the only thing that the cbr wins is gas mileage, that honda engine drinks so little it's amazing.
When I was about 22, I did a burnout on my XL500R to impress some cuties coming down the road in a car. Sadly my rear wheel caught just enough traction somehow to pop a wheelie, and I ended up going down in the middle of the (country) road with the bike on top of my leg. (how embarrassing!) Thankfully nothing was injured but my pride. Needless to say, the cuties were not impressed. Lemmy - where was your video then?! lol

Nice guide, unfortunately can't do that on my 2003 Honda X11, it have a system that make both brakes work in certain level when you braking with rear or front barake, so if you hold your front brakes, the rear wheel braking for like 30% or somethings make it impossible to do a burnout 😂
So I'm far from an expert or a stunt rider but I think its safer to slip the clutch nice and easy rather than dump it. The first time I attempted a burnout I dumped it and it stalled and I nearly dropped the bike.
