Orange pie delicious juicy and fluffy easy recipe

The most delicious orange pie, fluffy, juicy and unique. To make it we will need:
For the syrup
700 g of sugar
500 g of water
Peels from two oranges
A spoonful of glucose
200 g of orange juice
boil for 3-4 minutes
Orange Pie Mix
200 g sunflower oil
200 grams of sugar
Three large eggs
One vanilla
A tablespoon of baking powder
A dollop of strained yogurt
mix all the ingredients well.
450 g puff pastry
We cut it like the video
And let it dry for about 1 hour (I dry them in the air in the oven without heating)
Add the cut crust leaves and mix. Spread the mixture in an oiled pan and bake at 180 °C for about 40 minutes, remove from the oven and immediately pour the cold syrup, let it cool and cut into pieces
